Great Customer service here all around and friendly staff and bar servers. Thanks to all them holding it down on a Tuesday nite. Me and Brother had a Great Dinner experience. Thanks. We got something light this time, and enjoying the sandwich and fries a lot. At previous visits, we LOVED the Outback steak special, loaded potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and a great glass of wine. Had reservations for 7 pm on Valentine's day. Arrived but there was no place to park. I called to let them know I was looking for a place to park. Let the phone ring several times, no answer. This was at 7:01. Called again 3 min later. Finally, someone picked up. I explained about the parking situation, and that I had a reservation, the hostess continued by giving me instructions on where to park. Then gave her my name and the time of the reservation, she had told me that there was no reservation for me under the name I gave her. I was trying to park so i could look up the confirmation , at that time I had gotten another text message saying my reservation was cancelled at 7:03. Yeah, she had told me I was 6 min late arriving for my reservation so they cancelled it. I was about to show her the first phone call that was 56 sec with no answer at 7:01. And another call at 7:03. She didn't want to get into a discussion about time at that point and then put me back down for dinner for 2. We had a drink server, a food waiter and a girl who brought our entree. The order taken was not quite right, so we had to wait for another salad due to the wrong dressing, After that nothing, Not one of them returned to check on our drinks to see if we wanted a refill. The place was loud due to the fact that the music was so loud. Seemed everyone was trying to talk over it. The food was excellent, filet and lobster, the hostess was rude and the atmosphere was not what I expected for a steak house. It was more like a bar that sold good food. I will not be going back. Oh, the bartender poured weak drinks at that, 25 dollars for 2 drinks was a bit expensive for bar stock. We visit here occasionally. The service in the bar has never let us down! Crista is always friendly, and quick (as are all the rest of the bartenders, she just was there tonight). The steak salad is always a favorite. And you just can't gonwrong with their coconut shrimp... Cocktails are always done well, and beers have a nice frosty mug. I think for the management, the staff is really well trained. Waiters are attentive to when your drink needs refilling 1/5 of the way down. The food is not burnt but nicely cooked to the right degree. For a birthday celebration they gave us some ice cream on the house. Very pleasant simple smooth experience. Update: Visited Outback again today and had a great experience with food, service, and atmosphere. Very happy that I decided to give them another try...definitely will be back!! Came in for a late lunch today. The food was good however there was a horrible sewage-like smell throughout the restaurant. The last thing that you want to smell while eating your food is sewage. The food was so good, like just I remember from 10+ years ago. They still do the brown bread and butter! There was a 15 minute wait on a Sunday at 1:30pm. It’s definitely an older location.
