Aussie fies again WAY over-salted. Come on you all are going to have to start measuring your fry quantities with the seasonings this is happening way to frequently. Maybe it's the staff turnover or something but there always seem to be problems every other time or so at this location. Service is usually good more often than not and mistakes are usually handled quickly. Visit on March 6 2024 they put cucumbers on my bloomin onion burger. The tomato looked smashed and old. No bloom sauce. Was told they always put cucumbers and not pickles on their burgers. As you can see someone made a mistake and used the same cucumbers from the salad on the burger. Refund requested food taken back. I will not be ordering from this location for a while. My family came here tonight for my fathers 65th birthday. We had Ryan. He was absolutely amazing. We had a table of 5 and he never missed a beat. He hustled and got us refills without us even asking. Made sure that everything was perfect. He even brought my dad a sundae for his birthday and attempted to sing happy birthday. Which my dad wasn't going to allow. I highly recommend this server. Worst service ever. They burned my steak to ashes, and I'm not sure if they even bothered to put my friends steak on the grill it was so undercooked. Waited an hour for them to remake the order, manager acted like she couldn't care less. No apology, no offer of anything to compensate for being there over 2 hours at a slow time of day too. Drive right past this place and go to the one over by Strongsville mall. It is newer and has a staff that actually tries to do their job. The best steaks and the best service! Chris was more than amazing and took such good care of my Mom and I. He was so pleasant and courteous and made our experience amazing! Thank you! The prime rib, loaded baked potato, coconut shrimp and mushrooms were the best! Ordered take out. Steak was delicious. Ribs were amazing. I added cheese and bacon bites on my fries, only to receive just cheese. For an additional $. My wife ordered a loaded potato, to receive a plain potato. (Both disappointed). The blooming onion was burnt, small…. The croutons in the salad were old and soggy. Save you$$$ and cook at home. First of all, the staff was phenomenal. Unfortunately that could not make up for the food quality. The prices keep getting bigger while portions keep getting smaller. The steak and shrimp some how had no flavor. Problems like this can't be due to the staff's individual choices. The steak tasted like it was somehow just watered down with zero seasoning . The shrimp was dryer than my clothes after pulling them out of the dryer. The only thing with flavor was the half sized bloomin onion. The only thing I was impressed with was the short 10 minute wait on a Saturday evening and the patients of the poor staff that had to witness our disappointment. .Now I know why.
