First time here. Guess we came at a bad time. 15 min wait turned to 30. But it's a Saturday. Food arrived steak and shrimp pasta. Pasta was gummy. Big let down. Mgmt replacement with steak shrimp and rice. Rice was hard and not fully cooked 😩. Manager and waiter was really nice and tried to fix the error but guess it's a new cook. What happened to Outback? This place has changed dramatically in a couple years! This used to be one of my favorite steakhouses but not anymore! In fact, I never plan to return. The steak was edible but not delicious and the shrimp RIDICULOUS! They should have been ashamed to serve them. The sweet potato was the smallest I have seen and the asparagus was gross. So, we come here often and don't care for the system they use .. one takes order and someone else brings drinks and food, we understand the concept, but it don't make sense... we sit down for lunch, takes 15 minutes before someone even greets us and ask for drink order... ( they were out of the blonde ále, and foster) then we went ahead and ordered, then we get steak and potatoes and have to ask for our salads, that should have been served before our entree🤦🏼‍♀️ they knew it was a mistake on their end, but no one offered to apologize... we spend$60 or more every time we come, and usually tip well, but that was a disappointment.... it was only 1:30 pm. The food here was awesome!!! The service was not to good,multiple times our food was delivered to neighboring table(s), this happened multiple times.Im talking Our horseradish was left at the table to our left. And our bread was taken to the table on the right. Luckily our tables were very close to each other!!!! And we did get what we needed after we realized our waiters(runners) mindset and began paying attention to the Food coming out and to where!! In my experience here service is always a big "?" Mark!! Food did come out timely just to the wrong destination!!!!LoL I do recommend the Prime-Rib here,It is on the Pricier end of the menu however,but it's good,but for me not worth the price they ask!!!!!! Came here to eat lunch with my family. We get our waitress... she seems very uninterested to be our server. She just seems to not really like the job at all. Now for the food, the baked potato soup I got was huge (could have been my meal.. and I only got it as a side) and it tasted straight like gravy. My brother got the bloomin chicken sandwich and they gave him cucumbers instead of pickles… nasty… my brother in laws noodles were hard. This place used to be so good, now it’s not doing the best. Hopefully it gets better so we can come back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went here for a farewell dinner with a friend as she is moving away. I ordered the $24 special which is currently going on. I’d included a filet, lobster tail, and two sides. The two sides I ordered was Mac and Cheese and Brussel Sprouts. The Mac was cold, dry, and barely had cheese in sight. The Brussels were really good, although I wish they were more crispy. The steak and the lobster tail were pretty good, although the lobster tail was not seasoned at all. For an appetizer I ordered the French onion soup, which was amazing! The service was horrible. We barely saw our waiter and toward the end he kept coming back to the table grabbing things feeling as if he was rushing us. It was disheartening since we were truly processing the departure of our friend. I doubt if I will be back to this location. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped in here on our way back home, no wait to be seated, but a small wait for drinks and ordering our food. All and all the food and drinks were wonderful. The service was good, I could tell there was staffing issues but our waitress did the best she could and I do take that into consideration. The food was savory and cooked to perfection. Our mixed drinks were Margarita, Moscow Mule, & Mojito and were very tasty. Though we were there linger than we anticipated, everything went smooth and we left satisfied. My wife and I stopped in for a dinner tonight after working at the Southern Christmas show in Charlotte all day. It was busy but we still got in quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the server has suggested the chili. When I asked about it stating that it was a very good. She wasn't wrong. Ate dinner at this location today. Our server Jojo was awesome. He was very friendly, professional and checked on us and made sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. Our food was great! The food runner was super nice, too. I didn't get her name. Food was great and everything came to our table in perfect timing (blooming onion, then salads and then our main courses). Came in at 5pm and was told to wait for 15 minutes. 35 minutes passed so I double check with the host. She said there wasn’t any tables ready. When clearly there were so many tables opens. Not sure what is going on in here. I didn’t see the point of having 5 host gathering at the front and by the door. Finally, we were able to sit down. We ordered our drinks, appetizers, entrees, and a dessert. Everything was ok. Our waitress was very nice but we never got refills. (Be prepared to see the bus boy stroll his trolley like 8 times around the restaurant.)
