The breakfast here was very excellent. The only thing I found a bit strange was having to wait outside for 20-30 minutes when there were over a dozen open tables. The wait for seating was among the most frustrating and peculiar I've seen. It seemed arbitrary and artificially induced -- well, I was hungry. Perhaps they were a bit understaffed on the day i visited. Anyway, the eggs benedict florentine with the sauteed potatoes on the side left little to be desired. OE has a bit of a corporate feel, but they certainly seem to have their act together. Surprisingly large restaurant for a breakfast-only venue. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food was delicious! The server, Maria, was friendly and attentive. Loved the wikki stix for the kids to play with! The corn beef hash was real corn beef and the lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious and light. We will be back. Easily the WORST of all Over Easy locations... and we've been to almost all of them. Not to mention the special surprise fees at the end of the meal. The food: Horrible, no other way to describe it. Biscuits and Gravy - Biscuits were hard as a rock and gravy had chunks of possibly burnt or dried up gravy. Requested new Biscuits that were edible as well as new gravy to top them... server took the plate and brought back the same quality of hockey pucks. Banana Nut French Toast - Myself and my youngest daughter ordered it. Both received burnt and dried out toast. Hardly any of their caramel syrup on either plate. I explained that the bread was burnt and dried out... the server didn't seem to care. Asked if they could at least bring us out some more of the topping syrup, instead they brought a sticky mess of a cheap fake corn syrup bottle and slapped it down on the table. Breakfast Burrito - Pieces of raw bacon inside. No joke, barely cooked and mostly raw. I didn't believe it until... Sides of Bacon - Arrived about 10 minutes after the rest of the food. They were floppy, slimy and nearly raw. Temperature to the touch was not that of freshly cooked bacon. Had to flag down the server and show her. She wasn't shocked, but instead responded with a "So you wanted crispy bacon?" No... I wanted regular bacon, just cooked... the bacon they brought back 10 minutes later was burnt to a crisp. Drinks - Orange Juice Mimosa... you wouldn't think you could screw it up, but the flagstaff Over Easy certainly tried. Hardly a detectable splash of champagne, with a high pulp o.j. and floating oddities in the mix. The Brunch mule, mainly a watery splash of O.J. with no detectable ginger beer and maybe a half shot of vodka (if that). The icing on the cake was the SURPRISE 5% SURCHARGE, without explanation. When asked, the server explained that it was due to increasing food prices. I explained that it was against the law for them not to disclose an add-on percentage and would not be paying it. The manager came over and gave us an entirely different explanation... it was in-fact due to the increases of wages specifically for the food service workers in Flagstaff. Funny... these were some of the worst servers of any Over Easy we've ever been to, and we are regulars that are well-known by the other locations. Why should the laziest and most careless servers get the higher wages?? Or maybe... this is the problem? Give them what they used to make and let them earn the $20-$30 tips per table while running 4-6 tables per hour. Overall, what a horrible experience. If this were our first time at an Over Easy. I would never return to another location. My wife and children received their food 10 minutes before I did. Had it been edible, they would've been done eating before I ever received mine. extremely easy-going atmosphere and food was great. The waitress was one of the nicest waitresses we've ever dealt ..was super nice and friendly. I believe her name is Zoey. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Overall a good meal. We went at 1PM on a Wednesday, and we had almost the whole inside to ourselves, everyone else was eating outside. Service was good, the food was good. They do charge a 5% surcharge, I wasn't told what that's for, but I took that out of the tip (assuming that's a mandatory tip), even though I paid in cash. They do charge 3% extra to pay with a card, but that's becoming very common in Flagstaff sadly. Overall, the portions were a bit small for the price, I wasn't wowed enough to want to pay that price for the quantity and although the food was good, it didn't seem overly special, so I probably won't be back. I had the biscuits and gravy meal ($11.49) and my kids had the pancakes and waffle (with a drink). They enjoyed their meals, and at $8 each, it was more reasonable. The vintage decor is cool though, it has a good atmosphere and it's been completely packed when we've attempted to go in the past. Good, not great food. Highlights were the chicken in the chicken and waffles. Great light batter, but they were tenders! More details on that comment in my con’s. Biscuit was tasty, but gravy not so much. For the cons. Be clear that they are tenders and not actual chicken pieces, which is what we were hoping for. Thankfully, the batter was amazing and made up for it. The waffles were waffles, nothing special. The maple syrup was bitter. Not hot sauce as they describe, but like black coffee or something. Can’t put my finger on it, but was the first thing to come to mind. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy also had a similar taste of black coffee. Can’t put my finger on it, but nothing like homemade country gravy that I would expect. I usually drench my biscuits with gravy to drown out the dry biscuit, but in this case i ate the biscuit dry and threw out the gravy. If you know me, I love gravy so this is weird. Don’t get me wrong, the gravy wasn’t bad, just not what i expected from country gravy. No sausage flavors, just a little bitter white gravy that I didn’t particularly enjoy. Finally, not as pet friendly as claimed. Outside only and outside sitting is seasonal. Would have been great to know in advance. Would have also been nicer if they were more empathetic. They do pack their food to go well and kept the wet and dry items separate as I asked. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The staff were nice, the food was delicious! you might need to wait a bit more for your food at peak hours, but it’s all worth it Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Avocado Toast
Great place for breakfast! I loved my egg benedict. Kids had pancakes and french toast. The orange juice is freshly squeezed. Hot chocolate is decent. Didn’t like the California omelette much. Very nice atmosphere.

Crazy busy atmosphere, excellent food. The weight was only about 15 to 20 minutes. I made the mistake of sitting at the bar, which was very loud. I chose the made to order omelette with chipped beef and sweet potato tater tots and was happy with that decision. The freshly made orange juice was a little overpriced but was delicious. We will return for the food but will sit at a table next time. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
