Comfort food, Cocktails and family friendly, this is Owen and Ollie's Restaurant This family owned spot in Dracut is doing comfort food right, and is the locals go to spot. My favorites were the arancini, the over stuffed cottage pie and the Chocolate Mini Bundt Cake Featured: Grilled Street Corn Dip -- Yellow corn, onions, tomato, cream cheese in a blend of white and yellow cheddar, served with corn tortillas. Fried Arancini -- Risotto balls stuffed with spinach, sausage, mozzarella cheese, rolled in panko breadcrumbs topped with garlic cream wine sauce.Served over marinara. Cottage Pie Tater Tot Skillet -- House blend of lamb and ground beef, carrots, peppers and onions simmered in heavy cream, topped with tater tots and a cheddar cheese blend. Spicy Shrimp Scampi -- Pasta tossed in our spicy scampi sauce sautéed shrimp, onions, cherry tomatoes. Cottage Pie Blend -- of ground beef and lamb, simmered in rich cream sauce with corn, bell pepper, onion and carrot, topped with mashed potato and melted cheddar cheese Chocolate Mini Bundt Cake with hot fudge and whipped cream. I’ve been invited to this place many times and never got the chance to go that is until yesterday and it was everything I’ve heard about and more The staff was great. The food was awesome. The taste was there as the quality was there and the portion was definitely there. I will most definitely be coming here from now on. I love that they have comfort food. I got the turkey dinner it was so delicious! My company got the prime rib he’s typically very picky when it comes to prime rib and he was highly impressed 10 out of ten would definitely recommend. 2nd time eating there. It’s American pub fare with some Irish flavor. The Guinness Burger was good, so was the Corned Beef I had last time. Good selection of food and drinks…no complaints. First time here and it was great food, service and overall vibe. We will be back! They also have a great function room available that I'm sure I'll be renting out at some point! Also, they take St. Patrick's day very seriously and have days of entertainment so we will be sure to check that out too! We started with the shrimp appetizer and that was good, but only 5 small shrimp for almost $20 was a bit pricy. We had Ollie's Club and The Bookmaker and both were tasteless. We were expecting more flavor and a bit of a kick given the jalapeno thousand island on the Club and horseradish on The Bookmaker. The Club was very small and you had to hunt to find the tiny piece of grilled chicken. The sweet potato fries looked like they had some kind of batter on them, which was clumped up and looked unappetizing. Overall, it was a rather expensive and disappointing experience, though I want to point out that the staff was great. The atmosphere was nice, and the drinks were reasonably priced, but the food was bland and way overpriced for the quality. The chicken in their chicken sandwich wasn't enough to even cover the bun. The thin sliced prime rib was bland, and the accompanying horseradish sauce was not even noticeable (had no kick whatsoever). We were a party of 18 for my mom’s birthday. The restaurant was extremely accommodating with my last minute adds and even allowed us to bring birthday cake (even reminded me to bring candles). Tanner was our AMAZING waiter and he handled our group with ease. We had drinks, appetizers, soups salads and entrees. EVERYONE enjoyed their meals !! (Which is phenomenal when you are organizing). It was my first time and I love the atmosphere. The greatest part of walking in was how absolutely proud and happy the employees are to be working there! I'm not sure if one was the owner but the two servers and the greeter were so proud of that building! I asked what was good and they said everything! But they suggested turkey dinner and turkey pie. The menu is absolute Homestyle Pub I got the chicken pot pie with butternut squash and mashed it was fantastic! My friend got the turkey dinner and that was fantastic! I wish I could remember our servers name because he was wonderful could not have been more friendly and more accommodating. We will go back again! Keep up the good work you guys. We recently booked their Shamrock room for a Mercy meal and every detail was perfect. From the initial request to the actual event. Food was delicious, everyone raved about it and all the servers were fabulous. i will definitely use their services again and recommend to friends and family. Had dinner and beers tonight and some drunk guy was yelling at a group of ladies for what felt like forever about how he owned the restaurant. No one kicked him out he was screaming and Hitting the table, even called out to what I assume is one owner because he said Owen and he didn’t want to be involved. Obviously grossly over served… Awful atmosphere definitively not coming here again at night, didn’t feel very safe. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
