Wow, i am really impressed. Everything was perfect. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Creative cocktails menu, each drink sounds better than the last. We tried the coquito and the amapola and were very good. Lots of eye catching options in the menu. Everything we order was awesome. You can’t go wrong with the food but if you need a recommendation, the pasta and the mofongo are very tasty. Portions are quite big but if you got room for dessert, you need to try the coffee creme brûlée is to die for. Parking on the street, credit cards accepted. Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pasta Jibara

WOW. First off I want to say, come here starving. Everything we tried was amazing and the portions are overly generous. Now I understand the importance of leaving a review because this place is a lonely restaurant in the mountains but performs like no other. Hands down the best food I’ve had in a long time whether here in Puerto Rico or in New York. You won’t regret the decision to come here Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Costillas Con Batatas Salteadas

Such a great experience, so good we ate there twice! Classic Puerta Rican food with a modern twist. Veronica was welcoming and truly passionate, helping guide us through the menu. The highlight being the snapper stuffed with pulpo and camarones If you're visiting Rincon you have to pay P'al Monte a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped in for dinner, server was very nice and helped us navigate the menu since we do not speak Spanish. We got several appetizers for our meal and each one blew us out of the water. Cheese balls, shrimp, and pork egg rolls were my favorite. I could eat those every day!! Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bolitas De Queso

Been here several times. Food is always to die for. Must try the Paella Jibara and any of their mojitos. This is a hidden gem.... even my local friends have never eaten here. Probably because it's one of the very few places where you need a reservation. Definitely 5 🌟. Buen Provecho

Absolutely fantastic authentic puertorican food with a twist. As the name implies, it is a classically puertorican drive up a skinny mountain road, though that’s truly part of the experience. The cocktails are inventive and delicious! I had the Higuero and loved it! Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fish Tacos

Visited this place because of several recommendations from friends. Because of Covid, reservation is highly encouraged. Health protocols are followed. This is a family oriented place with great dishes. In this visit we just ordered appetizers. All of them were superb, with special attention to detail. The cocktails were outstanding with excellent recommendations from waitress and staff! My only concern was that no cellphone reception and no wifi was available in case of an emergency or web browsing! Cant wait to go back!

We enjoyed our drive to the restaurant, loved the outdoor seating, and devoured our food. This was the best mofongo I've tried.

Cute place up in the mountains in Rincon. I was super excited to try it and had high hopes. The risotto croquetas were good but my main, “Timbal Campesino” with skirt steak was too salty which was the dealbreaker for me. I also got to try the piñon and that was better. The budin de guayaba was very good.
