This restaurant exemplifies what creativity and the available ingredients of valle de bravo can manifest. Each dish we had was complete, and kept giving and changing with each bite. The ethos of the restaurant, that being zero waste, shows itself in each choice the owners have made, with no sacrifice to the enjoyment of the food they present. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We came with two young children, and though the food is creative and somewhat complex, they both had a complete and healthy meal. The owners care about what they have created, and it shows. Do yourself a favor and experience this place.

Fresh, oh so fresh! We tried various items on the menu and it was all very tasty. One of the owners explained, in detail, the items on our plates. She was kind and friendly. It’s a must try if you’re in Valle de Bravo!

Este restaurante es una joya en Valle de Bravo. Creo que es poco conocido porque llegamos a éste buscando café y quedamos sorprendidos con toda su comida. Pedimos de entrada las zanahorias y fue un gran inicio. Luego La Verde que estaba deliciosa también, pero lo mejor fue el Curry!!! Es un imperdible. Todos los platos son veganos, pero realmente tienen tan buen sabor y técnica de cocina, que es un detalle que pasa desapercibido. No soy vegano y no me hizo falta la proteína animal, pues todo estaba espectacular. Todos los ingredientes son naturales y saludables
Y para terminar, pedimos 2 postres, café y matcha. Todo espectacular, un gran cierre
