Great coffee on a cozy place. They use tasty coffee from local farm in Pai and can choose roasting in 3 ways. (light, medium, dark). Comfy chair to seat with speedy internet. Inside of the shop it’s not hot with many air-conditioner, if you like nature you can sit outside with great rice field view.

The place is nice and easy to go by walk. It seems like a good place to visit. The staff are nice and helpful.
I have had a hot latte and croissant. Personally, I prefer latte that has a balance between coffee and milk taste. Here, I found that milk taste was more than coffee taste.

Good atmosphere to chill out looking at the vast farm and mountains. Not really like the espresso as I prefer less acidic and they only serve crossiant and some cookies. And don't venture any further as there is notice board keep out it is a private property around there.

Coffee house located on a top of a hill with very good views over surrounding Pai landscape. Nearby garden is also very eye-pleasing. Shop offer classic choice of drinks (we had espresso, which was very good and hot cacao, foamy and rich in taste). Selection of pastry could be better, there’s croissant set and toast on offer at a time of our visit, but no cakes.

Pai Coffee Studio has the most delicious coffee in Pai. They also sell their coffee beans at a great price point, especially given the outstanding quality. The atmosphere is very inviting, with a great view to the mountains and rice paddies. The owners are really kind and smiley. It has become my go-to place for a fresh morning coffee and to get some work done.

THE BEST COFFEE SHOP IN PAI
First of all, the LOCATION is the best spot among all other coffee shops. It just gets your mood right. Next, they make good coffee. One of the few specialty coffee shops in Pai. Not much variety of drinks but what they serve are always ok their best. The interior is a combination of modern & classic ambience. Good internet connection with very comfortable seating inside. There are also outdoor seating options that gives you a marvellous view of Pai where you can sit around and play boardgames with friends. The 2 lady staff here are always polite, accommodating and friendly even if they’re not very fluent in English. Good to note that they have vegan milk options to substitute your dairy if needed. Reasonable price for this kind of experience. We come here everyday for the drink. It’s definitely the place to get your mood boost with your daily drink.

To those coffe lovers; if you want to try genuine local specialty coffee, here is the right place.
They have three roast levels: light, medium and dark, and the beans are 100% arabica from Pai.
I had an ice latte and a expresso, both were great. The coffee has a higher acidity, low bitterness and nice aroma. The place is charming and very cozy, and prices are very reasonable.
The couple running the place is charming and welcoming. We had a small chat about coffee and they really love what they do, so everything is served with love. I definitely would recommend.
