Space:
A small restaurant with 11 square tables that seat 4 people and one rectangular one in the back which seats 6 people.
The walls are painted in yellow and dark orange, and decorated with photos of pizzas, and the ingredients and toppings that go on pizzas or pasta. There are also some nice wall fixtures that look like windows with landscapes of Italy next to a display of fine wines. Nice touch.
Note: smoking is allowed in the whole restaurant, which can be a problem to those who do not tolerate cigarette smoke, but the space is well ventilated, so unless someone at the table next to you is smoking, you won't smell any smoke.
Some of the tables are already set with paper tablecloths and white plates that don't always match (haha), but on the whole, it looks nice.
Another note: if you sit on the side, close to the bar, or next to it, you'll definitely have people walking by you constantly, but we came in for a great pizza, so that honestly did not bother us.
Minus: There are no hooks, or anything similar to hang your coat, so we had to put it on the chair next to us.
Staff:
The staff is nice, they served us fast and were polite. They also brought us oregano, when we asked for some right away and made sure we were enjoying our meal.
Wait time:
We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order, which was a medium sized pizza.
THE FOOD
Every good pizzeria, in my opinion, should have a good Capriciosa, so that's what we ordered.
A medium Capriciosa (32cm) is plenty for 2 people, but you also have the option to order a small or a large one, about 22cm and 50cm.
The pizza was DE-LI-CIOUS. There was a perfect amount of ingredients evenly sprinkled all over the pizza. I loved that the crust also had baked cheese on it. Ugh, sooooooo good.
We also got homemade ketchup and when we asked, they brought us extra oregano to sprinkle on top, because we're big oregano fans. It was the perfect size, delicious and not pricey, a great value for money.
The cool thing is, they also deliver! The delievery guy was constantly going back and forth during our visit.
Price:
1x medium Capriciosa 689 rsd ~ 6€
+ drinks = 1200 rsd ~ 10€ for two people including a tip.
The prices vary between ~680 - 1200 rsd for pizzas and there are about 20+ different kinds. They also have vegetarian and vegan options.
Conclusion:
The place is nice, but it definitely would not be my first choice for a fancy dinner, BUT I will definitely be ordering pizzas from nuovo Palazzo Bianco, because their pizza is simply amazing. The food is mouth-watering and that's what ultimately matters, right? 😁
I would recommend this place to anyone who loves great pizza made with quality ingredients.
Palazzo Bianco provides truly different pizza experience, it's no ordinary place. Over 50 types of spices and peppers are homegrown and the tasty dough is made of 6 types of domestic flour. Owners are very friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Bonus points for very VERY hot peppers if you're a maniac :)
They just have the best and exclusive pizza you will not find anywhere else. You can choose your level of hotness in your pizza from 1-10 and I always choose 9 to bring myself to tears but it's amazing. 😁😁😁
It's my only place to get a pizza in Novi Sad.
Literally the best pizza dough and ingredients in the city. The dough won't make you feel like you've eaten hardly anything, but you won't be hungry. The prices are fair for the quality and there's a lot of choice on the menu. Definitely try this one out.
We ordered pizza several times. Pizza was very salty. The dough was not tasty as before. Kids did not like the pizza. The delivery time is the worst.

Rating of 5 stars is because pizza that I ate was excellent. It was so good that I am willing to overlook the "could be better" looks of the restaurant. Waiter was polite and efficient, in a good way. I plan on coming here to try more things from the menu.
