Didn't know getting an order right was so hard. Requested a "deluxe pizza sub". This specific name is not on the menu but I specifically asked for a sub like a deluxe pizza minus the sauce with mayo instead-NOT the sub with lettuce and tomatoes on it. What did I get? The deluxe sub with lettuce and tomatoes on it WITH pizza sauce. 😖 Called and requested a remake because I got exactly what I DIDN'T want. I again explained that I want a deluxe pizza sub--like a deluxe pizza only on a sub, no pizza sauce but mayo instead. The person taking the order confirms and says you want our super sub. Ok make me a super sub witout pizza sauce but mayo instead. What did I get? A super sub with pizza sauce AND mayo. GROSS! 🤮 Palermo's you ruined my appetite! Pizza here is good and not overly expensive. The last time I got a pizza here they didn't seem too busy when I went to pick it up, but by the looks of my pizza, someone was in a rush. It definitely was not round...other than an excessive amount of air bubbles, the pizza still tasted great.

OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan. Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple. No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us. (Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).) It's great pizza but everytime I ask for half pepperoni and half mushroom and sausage they put pepperoni on the whole thing and then the mushroom and hamburger on 2 extra slices that should've been pepperoni only. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Mine was gross, but I did assume a bacon cheeseburger pizza would be bacon cheese and burger....like the Jack's, but higher quality...I was wrong and spent 30 on this mess.

There is no reason this place should have anything over 2 stars. The pizza and bread sticks were bland and not pleasant to eat. We got a specialty salad that we thought would be a decent size for the price, but what we got was almost exclusively lettuce and at least half the size that it should have been.
