Great place if you want to hangout with friends or spend some time. The place itself inside is narrow, usually there is no free tables to sit inside or outside eather. It would be nice if in the future this bar will add more tables outside.

It seems that in Utena there aren’t many places to spend the evening…but Pallets bar is the exception from the rule - a cosy place with friendly bartender speaking fine English, beers, cocktails.

Basically the main bar of the city. A cozy setting with various music and a diverse range of drinks/shots to come and enjoy with friends or classmates, however, a difficult place to make connections as people tend to come here with preexisting tight groups of friends. If you want to find a place to sit in the bar on the weekends (because it is often packed with people) come earlier than 10pm.
