We strolled in here on a hot summer’s day 1h before our reservation and were accommodated without issue even though it was busy. Superb tacos (pork and fish stood out), tasty drinks and a very cool vibe. We had a wonderful time and felt at ease and flawlessly treated throughout. Highly recommended. We didn’t know what to have but we ended up having 4 tacos, the steak and churros. Tacos were good but the steak was the star of the meal! It was so freakin good, juicy and cooked to perfection! The churros were amazing too, very airy, light and delicious we had them with caramel sauce which paired nicely with the churros

Incredible Mexican dinner in Wanaka! Trendy little restaurant, nice interiors. Food packs a punch! We had the $45 special where you get 2 tacos, a main, side and dessert to share. Margs we’re strong and delish. Every single dish was beautifully presented and so tasty! We had the chicken tacos, the beef cheek tacos, steak, patatas bravas and the churros to finish. Loved it! We live in Sydney but if we ever come back to wanaka we will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Loved this spot. Have returned twice. Delicious tacos- love the fish, beef, and pork in particular. Great guacamole too. I am a bit of a Mexican food snob coming from California… this place didn’t disappoint. Great cocktails too & Cute atmosphere. We took friends who hadn’t experienced Paloma before, we had and they thoroughly enjoyed their evening. The food is always so tasty and fresh ingredients. The service was spot on too. Would definitely visit again when back in Wanaka Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food: everything was delicious. We had the salmon tiradito, fish and meat tacos, the pear and kale salad (dressing was amazing), the whole fish (very tasty sauce and garnish), a basque cheese cake (spectacular), and the churros (made perfectly). We couldnt decide between chocolate and dulce de leche sauces and they offered to bring both. Both were delicious. Service: we showed 40 min before our reservation (it was very windy outside) and they went out of their way to clean the only available table and quickly sat us inside. The place is at the end of a beautiful alley and is quiet and very clean. If I lived here, I would be a regular! Thank you! Great new addition to the Wanaka food scene! The food was incredible- we tried ALL the tacos and would go back for more on each. The chicken was especially good, we expected that to be a more boring/safe option but it was just as well thought out as the rest. The food comes out as it’s ready so order lots and share! The staff are so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a reservation and didn’t know how much to order and they took it all in their stride and made us feel at home. The restaurant was full but service was fast. Prices are mid range but everything else is top quality. We will be back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
