Food is great, standard, nothing to say. The staff here are also decent. But the potions are too little. I understand the inflation and all but they can do better than one scoop. The first impression is long lines, dirty and not very professional service. The food was good, however we had to stay in the line for 20 minutes just to get our order ready. Had a great lunch from Panda Express @ Factoria. Organized, friendly, and lots of good portions to choose from. They were very quick with my order which is a plus! Food was ok, not so great ..we ordered 2 bowls : kung pao chicken , fried rice and mushroom chicken , chowmein. There is no seating area so you need to pack and eat somewhere outside. The outlet is located at qfc store. You will not find fruit teas here as we get in their Bellevue square mall outlet. Staff just always seem to be pretty rude here. Not one time have I came to this location and have a fair experience. Not even good. Just fair. They never acknowledge your presence, they expect you just stand there awkwardly until your spoken to. I find that very rude. It’s a common problem with most fast food chains. But these people signed up for the job, I didn’t sign up for a harsh interaction. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment, or I’ll be right there” or even “hi”. Somethings better than nothing. I don’t expect them to drop everything and jump to my attention. Not at all. But in the customer service industry, it doesn’t matter what field; fast food, fine dining, entertainment, shopping, anything really, you gotta greet your customers. It’s a simple sign of respect. Panda Express on 148th in Overlake do an amazing job at greeting their customers upon ENTERING. Regardless of the greet, I mean their attitude, and their tone in how they relay their responses are just… Not nice. I felt like I was getting talked to by my 7th grade teacher, being told one at a time. Different tone, and choice of words go a long way.

First time eating inside a panda that is located within a grocery store. No fried shrimp and no hot soup available in this location. 😢 Only a couple places to sit and eat. Food was ok but we asked for more salsas because we eat spicy and they didn't want to give us more, they even got mad 😳😳😳 I don't care if u charge me but I want my hot sauce 😂

If their service was any slower you could more than likely watch a egg turn into a chicken in front of your eyes. Seen DMVs work faster then them. Just go somewhere else

Used to be pretty decent but they've been really skimping on portions over the past couple of months, especially when the shift lead(?) Alfredo is there. He was not rude to me and he explained the policy he was following very clearly but I'm not spending $10+ just to get shorted on food. Won't be frequenting Panda until they change their policies or the workers here lighten up a bit on them. You're better off buying your own ingredients from the QFC and making whatever you want yourself. You'd probably get better value for your dollar. It's gotten worse every time. The guy who I assume is the manager (guy in the black shirt) is always skimping on portions and always rude to the staff and customers. They always tell you you have to wait for 15 minutes for Chicken Teriyaki even when you can clearly see they have it ready. They also have an issue with online orders, they take too long to complete them and in my experience my order is always wrong, the last couple of times a missing entree.
