It's a cookie cutter, Panda Express... For fast 'Chinese' food, it's pretty good, and the prices seem fair for what you get. I only gave a 3 star cuz it's just a chain. They are the same everywhere .... and I can't really eat there anymore, not their fault, but every time I do, I have stomach issues after .. This place is trash. My fiance and i went there for a interview at 11am the manager didn't even show up till 2pm. Like i geuss he thinks hes the only one with important things to get done at home. On top of that when my fiance went in the girl at the register was rude and not helpful at all. The manager when my fiance finally got too meet him was trash as well. Rude uninterested and short with my fiance. The food there isn't even fresh it all comes frozen. We are a little family trying to get started in life and these People just waisted our time and gas. As if we have gas to be driven from wimer to grants pass. Here let me just go and pick a few dollars for gas from the money tree we DO NOT HAVE!!! IM SICK TO MY STOMACH HOW THIS MANAGER TREATED MY FIANCE!!! IM GOING TO THE BBB WITH THIS. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!! 😤 ask for my fiance they couldn't pay him enough to come work in that mess of a so called business. It's not even a business it's a joke. Gross shame on you panda express. The workers are all dope addicts and don't even practice general hygiene in the work place. Also the manager looked like a straight bum off the street! Ew.... They give you small portions of food here in grand pass not like California it’s big spoonful here they will take some out if it’s full over the spoon fried rice is still not fully cook not very good person serving you

Triple looks exactly like a double at this panda. Our home town panda is way better. Service was not great. Hard not to say something to the girl about being rude. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'm sorry to have to complain here, but each time I eat here the white or brown rice is not cooked thoroughly and is a little hard. If you don't get the fried rice, good luck! I have complained to management on several occasions, and nothing seems to be done about it. An Asian franchise should certainly be cooking the rice so it is a little fluffy and sticky, not on the harder side. No other Asian place I go to does this.
