The food I had was good. A nice change from the usual takeout Buffet where you can't tell one from the next. Rice was a little on the crunchy side but still tasty. Overall an enjoyable meal. Several times now the drive through has been closed, and no one responds. Two different times they have not had food made well after they are open. So many attempts in hopes that service gets better but let down every time Service: 1

According to the store policy they close at 8:30.. but I went in and ordered food at 6:20 p.m. and they told me they were not cooking anymore food and they were out of half of the food on the bar so for an hour and 40 minutes before closing.. so for an hour and 40 minutes before closing very little food to serve and not cooking.. I wonder if corporate is aware? Service was bad. We stood there where you order for over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then a few more minutes before she asked for order. The portions were about 1/2 the amount I get at other pandas. The fried rice was horrible. Crunchy and full of like rice balls all stuck together. The chicken was tasteless and burnt. Waist of money. I will never go back here...the manager decided to help with the lunch rush when me and my wife decided to stop by and when he helped my wife with her bowl and he put three pieces of chicken in her bowl I know I was ready for some great service....I order the three combo and when I say my small third entree was bigger then my whole plate I mean I got no chow mien and when I asked him for more he looked at me like I was asking for too much....All I wanted was a hearty meal for the price I was paying let alone I drove a hour to my nearest panda express.....never again Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty good for drive thru Chinese. Came out quickly and the employees were very Midwestern friendly. Decent amount of food for the price. None of the meat or veggies I received were soggy, texture was great for all items.

Very disappointing experience today. Our family drove down to the Owatonna location as it is nearest to our home, 30 minutes drive. When we got there, there were only 3-4 entree options, and many of the items were not made. In addition, when we asked about the items that weren’t present, we were told that there were not going to be any more made. I could understand if it was at an off time, however we arrived at supper time. If you are planning on having Chinese food, go somewhere else because they wouldn’t even attempt to make it here. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I just paid over $10 for a plate of white rice and grilled Teriyaki chicken and the chicken was completely raw! Disgusting! An hour and a half before you close and ypu have a handful of options. This had happened 4x to me personally at this location. I think it's overpriced. The portions aren't quite big enough. I paid $30 for what you see in the picture. Two chicken dishes and noodles To be fair I did order through DoorDash. But I supposedly get free delivery. $5 of that is tip Service Delivery
