Pretty standard Panda Express with the usual fare. The cashier, however, charged me for two water bottles when I only ordered one. Before I could see my digital receipt she printed it and handed me one water bottle. When I realized what happened I brought it to the attention of a different cashier who gave me another bottle. This is a costly mistake (at turnpike prices) at best and deceptive at worst, especially since most customers will likely not check the receipt. As a franchise of a nationally-recognized chain, it is not unreasonable to expect transparent and accurate billing - it's the bare minimum.

I was charged around $15 for the plate option of food ($11.25) because I wanted the broccoli and meat, except they failed to make any meat for that dish so I asked for the meat from another dish and the broccoli in the one that was missing the meat. The guy took only 2 pieces of broccoli from the dish lacking the meat and then gave me all the mushrooms and peppers and onions from another entree and then a couple pieces of the meat I asked for....then tells me "this is only a one time thing don't expect this all the time"....like what the heck. Why'd this guy just give me a scoop from a dish I didn't want and only give me 2 things of broccoli then charge me $4 more like I even remotely got what I wanted and acted like he did me a favor...just don't be so under prepared. You literally have one job to make sure you have all the food options made and you're going to charge me extra cause I didn't want an entree that's just broccoli...and no this wasn't even close to closing time it was around 4:30pm.

This Panda Express looked nice at first glance.
Didn't have some of the items that they were advertising. Like the cheese wontons, egg rolls. Even had to ask for utensils and fortune cookies.
But after getting a chance to try the food the noodles were overly Grease. The shrimp fry was falling right off the shrimp. Made me and my fiance sick to our stomachs for the rest of the night.
Overall very poor review.

The food is Always more than Amazing. Such a Clean restaurant with delicious variety of authentic dishes to satisfy all your taste buds. Entire Staff gives excellent customer service and caters to
customer needs. The whole staff is welcoming. Even the busy cooks acknowledge the regular customers with a smile. The Manager is very professional and hands on with the customers.
I highly recommend going to Panda Express. It's a great experience every time. There is a reason for the long lines.
There are 3 signs that clearly state no cash accepted, which is understandable. However I did not see any signs saying No Gift Cards. When it was time to check out they proceed to tell me no gift cards accepted. Plus it was a Panda Express Gift Card…how do you not accept that? Wasted 10 minutes waiting in their slow line and obviously all the food I ordered is now going to be thrown out and go to waste. Total waste of time and food. Such a shame

This location is always fresh and DELICIOUS! but they only accept cards NO CASH! this is permanent it's not temporary from covid. The sweet fire chicken and black pepper Angus is to die for it's a flavor explosion! The older gentleman who works there is lovely, SO personable. You will know who I'm talking about if you've encountered him, I need to get his name he's a real gem!
