A really decent Panda Express. I like Panda Express. I've always been a fan of american-chinese. In the last few years Panda Express has been steadily going downhill. The prices are up and the quality has been WAY down. I was pleasantly surprised this time. I have not been to this location before but I will be back to this one based on today. The portions were actually what I expected. They were making it fast and fresh ( meaning. They had enough traffic to keep up) and the service was good, everyone was friendly. The place was also clean and this is a nice spacious restaurant. I highly recommend THIS Panda Express location. I won't speak to Panda as a whole any more since it's so hot and miss. This place was soooo good 10/10 service. The guy helping me was so helpful I think his name was Luke. He had me sample some of the dishes and had a great attitude. The store was also very clean!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Went to this location and usually love panda express. Was using catering for my pharmacy for a doctor visit. Scheduled a week in advance for 1115 pick up. Sat in the restaurant for 40 minutes and did not get out until 12. Lost the clients. Put in a complaint and all they would give me is two plates. I spent over $150 and lost probably 5000+ dollars worth of clientele. Very disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience here do not go at all. Went to pick up food for my family as they each ordered from their phone and was denied pickup after naming all the orders of my family members, the lady there kyeo was extremely rude and unpleasant and grabbed the food from my hand and placed it back on the pickup shelf, and another worker justin was no help as he said we need confirmation they were mine. this was extremely rude and racist on their part by not giving me my online pick up order me and my family placed. it wasn’t until i had to recite each of their phone numbers on the order to be able to get our food. terrible business and terrible people. do not go here if you value your time and mental health. This place is rip off. be aware. check your receipt and the prices cause you might see seven to $10 more added to your meal. And their excuses or System does it. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Ordered the 2-item combo plates for take out. Had to wait for the String Bean Chicken to be cooked and that was fine. They asked me to pay first, that was fine, done that before. After waiting a while I was informed that the dish will no longer available. I specifically wanted that so I just simply asked for a refund. My request for refund was declined since apparently they could not give refunds. The only option I was given is to pick something else. There were only 4-5 dishes available and I liked none of those. I am okay with unavailability of certain menu, totally understand. But the appropriate thing would be to notify me the dish in unavailable before asking me to pay with no refund options. I don’t appreciate being asked to pay and then forced to pick something I dislike. Store Manager : If you are reading this, I hope you realize this is 100% on you as that is the standard you hold your employees to.
