First off, the AI taking orders is horrible. Hire a real person. The food quality has gone down hill as well as the portion size. they have changed to a small shorter food container which doesn't allow for a full serving to be placed in each slot. I belive the original size of the portion was 8oz it is now cut down to 6oz, but the price has gone up 4%. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Management tells employees to skimp on shrimp but the standard amount is supposed to be 7-8 pieces per serving. Dishonest location- go to another location to get your money’s worth. They will serve you as little food as possible. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is my first time coming to this location.. I always get the bowl. The portions here are not good.. they filled it with rice but didn’t give much of the shrimp even though they changed extra.

This Panda Express has a person answering the drive through, not an AI. I much prefer it that way, we should not lose the human interaction which makes a more positive customer experience. They didn't put my other side in my drive thru order. I guess I'll have to check before I leave next time. Wow never had any problems with this panda express until now. Disappointed.

Normally this place is great but they recently switched to an AI ordering system making the lines huge I believe people getting their orders wrong from this AI seen multiple return of items while waiting in line the AI needs to go it is horrible this Panda Express used to be very fast Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This place once was friendly, had great customer service. This place now is NOT customer friendly I order food didn't want the nuts in food. They told me no they wouldn't fo it.
