Been here several times and each time they really skimped on the food portion. Attached a photo of the meal right out of the bag and you can see a whole section is missing with the noodles and chicken. Tried giving this place several chances, when I asked if I could get a little more, the worker smirked and looked at me like I was crazy, no words, and stared at me as if I was for real. They’re usually quick which is good, except fact that every time I go here and order teriyaki chicken I end up getting plain chicken, even when I ask to make sure there’s teriyaki sauce. If I order teriyaki chicken I kinda expect to eat teriyaki chicken! Went in panda today to order food and inform the manager last time he served me he skimped me on the rice after showing Ernesto the picture instead of apologizing for not fulfilling my order properly he instead started being disrespectful said that they are over on their food budget which has NOTHING to do with not giving me the correct food amount especially when you raise the prices I’m not asking for anything except what I PAY FOR is this how your managers represent your business? Been a loyal customer with panda for years but after this disrespectful experience I’ll be taking my business where they treat their customers right Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Poor attitude and cold food There were 4 small pieces of beef left in the beef and broccoli and the employee was making a face when we asked for the remaining pieces since the dish was empty other than a ton of broccoli. The dish was already nearing the end and they brought fresh beef 5 minutes after we paid. If you're already cooking fresh food, ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS TO WAIT. Ordered a bowl ok 5/31 got home started to eat the food and felt something cut my lip. Found a big piece of metal in the food. METAL not hair or some paper or something a piece of metal. Returned to store and they refused to give me a refund. That’s insane if this was swallowed could’ve cut up my inside. And employees managers couldn’t care less.

This location said 3 minute wait it ended up being 35 minutes for a bowl & 1 small cart item. 11-18-21 I know fool me once.... Wife had a taste for it, pull up and its online orders only. Figure your stuff out or close permanently. I'm done. Update: kids really wanted panda so we gave it a try. Closed again 8-16-21 with a sign saying its due to staffing. Closed at 4 Sunday 8-15-21....no reason. Had 5 other cars pull up while I was there. Not use to major chains making up hours of operation. Food is normally pretty good.
