My drive-through experience was super speedy and the young man working the window was great. Too bad the food wasn't very good. The fried rice had no flavor and the orange chicken was very dry and overcooked. I was the only person in the drive through at 12:15, even though traffic around the mall was bumper to bumper. Served a noticeably smaller portion size than other locations serve. They didn't cut up the grilled chicken like you're supposed to prior to serving as well (make seating more difficult. Didn't ask for my rewards code. They also forgot the fortune cookie. All this while the store was empty too so they weren't rushed or anything.

Terrible experience. Waited 40 minutes on them to cook chicken teriyaki,rice and sweet fire chicken. Everybody came,ordered and left and I was still there waiting... just because the food is good BUT I'm not coming back.

I use to like eating here but this place has really gone down hill. They don't care what they give their customers, especially online orders. I ordered FRIED rice and they gave me WHITE rice and just added the ingredients of fried rice into it & the black pepper steak wasn't cooked thoroughly. No issues, really. Clean, staff was nice Not a long weight, but it wasn't very busy when we were there. The photo that was sent from my phone (I don't know how) is of the Tupelo car museum, not the Panda Express. I'm not sure how to remove the photo.

This place is disgusting. They had food spilled on the floor, next to a table, that was never cleaned up during the 30 minutes we were there. Food was cooked when we ordered with the buffet mostly empty. Left our plates under the buffet shield while cooking other items, so those items were cold when we got our plates. I've never had a bag experience at a Panda Express. This place needs to get it together!

Had a pickup order and Everytime I come here the bowls be empty and employees walking around playing. I order beef and broccoli and I get to store and saw that that bowl only had 4 pieces of broccoli In it. They said I have to wait so they can make some more . 20 minutes later I get my food and realized instead of making a batch of beef and broccoli they gave me the scraps with only cold broccoli and dried out partially fried rice.
