Let's start with the pros: Nica and clean location. Lots of space inside, lots of light and you can sit and study very nicely. They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient. Now the cons: Some of the staff are rude and grumpy. I am used to it differently by other locations. Also, the food orders are sometimes not complete or just wrong. And the amount of food or the presentation? Has gone downhill in this location for the last months. I am not sure what it is, but the management does not seem to care about it. Too bad, because at the moment you get better and more food at a McDonald's than at this location. I really hope they'll find their way back. Stopped at Panera bread for a tuna sandwich you pick 2 for my sick wife. NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET THE MARGARINE I ASKED FOR! THEY LITERALLY PUT ONE TEASPOON OF TUNA ON THE ENTIRE HALF OF THE SANDWICH. we are literally in shock. See the added picture. The server was nice but as I was in drive it though she didn’t really seem to know what she’s doing. Needless to say. Our experience and the food were not up to par. Especially considering they charge so much for a couple pieces of bread. Thank you for nothing. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sippers beware...Not sure what happened to this location but in the last month/month and a half it has REALLY gone down hill. I am a member of the Sip Club and usually go to this location every day for coffee and charged lemonades. As of late they are constantly out of everything - cups, coffee, charged lemonades, pop flavors, etc. (see attached images) The charged lemonade station has been EMPTY for a month and the pop machine has been missing flavors for a month...occasionally they put out these really small pitchers w/lemonade that have saran wrap over the top of them and fruit flies all over them...pretty disgusting. You can tell that the staff does not care. The place is frequently dirty and as mentioned above there are zero efforts to repair any of their beverage dispensers or even have beverages available for customers. I used to get lunch here from time to time but the food has gone downhill as well. It does not matter what time of the day...morning, noon, or evening the place is just not managed properly. As mentioned above this has only really been happening for the last month or so...I have been going to this location for quite some time prior and these issues were nonexistent. The employees at this Panera are so kind. I dumped a large green tea all over their counter today. And they all they cared about was my clothes. I'm talking, I made a huge mess. And I was super embarrassed. They showed pure kindness. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just got some bagels this morning. Very good and decently priced. Panera is a staple in our family. This location is newer and very clean. Food is what you'd expect from a franchise, fast food style deli. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Pretty nice cafe. The sandwiches are good. There is a couple things I noticed, the dining room was dirty and needed some attention. The bread on my sandwich was old and tough. There wasn't any paper menus. This should be added for guests who have visual difficulties reading the menu. The parking lot is very small and parking is a premium. I like this Panera bread. They are very fast and the place is very tidy and clean every time plus the most important the wait there is short, also I am really impressed by the motivation and great service of (Peter) he is a team manager and really was very helpful every time I was there to replace the empty coffee and helping me using the app 😀 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
