Years ago, there was a commercial that asked, " Where's the beef?" Well, in this case,"Where's the turkey and chicken?" I saw my husband looking inside his sandwich and I asked what was wrong. He said there was barely any chicken. I opened mine and there was literally one thin slice of circular turkey. So basically pressed turkey. The one slice was folded in half, I guess to make it look bigger! The slice of cheese was actually thicker than the turkey! (See photos) I've heard of cutbacks, but this is ridiculous. I will continue to get my sandwiches at McAlister's Deli or Jersey Mike's. At least their sandwiches have plenty of real, fresh meat and it isn't just a cheese sandwich! Panera has really gone downhill. Items are overpriced and they are so very skimpy with their food. Really sucks because it used to be one of my favorite spots. Aside from the depressing food, they only had one working kiosk and they did away with delivering food to tables. Disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I watched four different people touch their gloved hands to their face and didn’t change gloves. One young lady wiped her nose w the back of her hand. I finally said something to the staff who came out to change the trash. Gross don’t eat here ever! The floor was disgusting throughout the restaurant. Really sad I love going. W my buddy who’s vegan to places he can eat. Order was ready 1 hour AFTER time it should have been completed! It was a big order. So, I figured they would be late as always. I was willing to give them half hour leeway. Then 45 minutes came and still nothing. The waiting area was littered with people who had been there waiting as long as me. I finally was able to ask a cashier about my order. “Oh, they are preparing it now. “ Me “Ok, do you have ETA? It was supposed to be done by 11:15. It is now 12.” Cashier “Like, 5 minutes.” Order finally comes up as ready. Go up to rapid pick up. Nothing. Find the same cashier again. She finds it and helps me to my car. Get back to work and NOTHING is labeled!!! No idea what the sandwiches or salads are. No names-why bother ask for names if you aren’t going to use them???? Get out master list….oh look, we are missing 5 lunches. Try calling cafe, twice. No answer, because of course, it is there busy time. Drive back to the cafe. Low and behold, they forgot to give me a bag. “Our apologies.” Get back and guess what still missing 2 sandwiches. Of course, can’t call and complain to the cafe. Called 800 number. Our order is consistently made late (30 or more minutes past the scheduled pick up time) often resulting in us having to rush to work (we leave early for work and order even earlier to avoid this and often times, it makes no difference and our order is completed even later). Service is always slow even when the restaurant is not busy. Our orders are often wrong as well. Will not be returning again. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited 40 minutes for my food and when I finally got it my salad was so small (like a few bites) and they didn't include the smoothie that I ordered. When I went up to the counter to ask about it, the girl saw me but walked away from me! Didn't want to be bothered I guess. I was not the only person who waited forever and then was missing items from their order. There was also a young worker there who kept checking her phone, texting, etc. with her gloves on and did not change her gloves when she went back to making food.... I got a table spoon of rice, and lettuce in my bowl. I understand if you’re busy, but don’t take that out on me and not give me the right portions I payed for. This isn’t the first time either, happens too many times here. Service Take out

This Panera is great. Amanda was super helpful and professional. I had a coffee and a bagel. The app was easy to use, and I can easily select to have my Bagel 🥯 sliced and toasted. Coming back soon.

I used to be able to come in the door and grab an online order promptly. Within the past month or so the service has fallen right off.
