I’d love to give this place zero stars, but because I can’t 1 will have to suffice. I picked up a breakfast sandwich this morning, complete with mold. The lack of care and attention to detail is alarming. Do yourself a favor and skip this place

Stopped in for lunch as I was passing through the area, I have to say it was probably the quickest my order had ever been prepared which was great, I was impressed to have such little wait time. And my order was correct and everything tasted great. But the team working all looked like they had absolutely zero desire to be there, which impacted my experience negatively. I asked a question about the location of the cups for fountain drinks and was met with sort of a shrug from the staff behind the counter.

Ordered a catering order for a meeting today. I had to call & add to it about 6 times, because more people kept showing up. Joe & Daniel & others were great! I felt bad, but they kept saying "it's okay" They might have been saying something behind my back :), but they were the BEST! Thank you!

This Panera location has totally turned around from a headache to a SUPER easy stop for a quick, but delicious bite. The staff is SO friendly, so helpful and upbeat - my order came out much faster than the estimated time and I really appreciate that! Keep up the good work!

Pretty horrible experience every time I order here. Unfortunately it’s the closest Panera, which is extra unfortunate because they are very, very, very bad at this location. Missing items in just about every order we make here, and 90% of the time, I get a notification saying it’s ready, and then go in to find they are either still assembling it, or it’s not ready for 5-10 minutes. Have contacted their customer service before, but clearly the feedback is not getting to whoever runs this one. I get wanting to improve online ordering metrics and all that, but not when it’s inaccurate to a fault. Love Panera, but this location gives the others a bad rap!

My soup came half way empty the manager was super unprofessional I Suggest going the south Portland one considering the Westbrook one does not care about their customers ! Disgusting.
Got our food quick, but the baguette was so old i couldve cracked a tooth on it. The sandwiches looked and tasted like they came microwaved out of a freezer. And ive eaten at many a panera, this just seemed so low quality
