This place is false advertisement. If you want a fresh salad with actual green lettuce don’t waste your time at Panera.. for the price you are better off going to the Whole Foods in the complex. Also the cashier had on a mask that stopped right below his dripping, snotty nose.

I really like Panera, however, I noticed that certain days, the quality of the soup, broccoli and cheese, tends to be quite watery. I think it has something to do with freshness. The sandwiches are pretty good. The cashiers are always friendly.

Avocado in my sandwich was rotten with a rotten taste. It is impossible that person who made it didn’t notice it! Also my 1 year old usually enjoys mac and cheese at Panera but he refused to eat it, it was looking like old, a leftover from yesterday’s portion, broccoli and pasta was over cooked, with a little cheese sauce. Panera is our family’s favorite place to eat so please pay attention to quality.
Not gonna lie I don’t even write reviews on the google tip but this Panera bread the best one in PA, period. super cool staff, great environment the assistant manager Keida (if I’m not mistaking) was so friendly and easy going.. very dedicated. Shout out to her, she needs to be promoted ASAP! 😎

Very quick and easy for how busy the store was. Staff was amazing at such an early start in the day Sierra at the front was quick and polite. The manager by the name of Amanda was amazing I ordered a coffee and it was missing on the order, she resolved the issue and took care of me. Easiest morning I’ve had since I order a lot for my crew at work. Thank you and give these people a raise, they deserve it

We’ve tried this Panera about 3 times in the past year or so, all with varying degrees of success, but it has mostly been a thumbs down experience. Placed a delivery order via the app once, no bread bowl included with the soup + bread bowl. Ordered a sandwich, missing most of the ingredients. The last time we ordered earlier this week, they were just straight up out of bread bowls entirely (at 5:30pm), did not have the drink I ordered, and provided a chicken sandwich that looked and tasted as if the “crispy” chicken had been dunked in water - soggy and relatively flavorless. The staff here are very nice and helpful but whoever is running this one needs to reevaluate several things. I’d recommend against this Panera and try for either a different location or a different establishment altogether.

For some reason, they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was skinny so it prompted to open it up to take a look. It was just the Asiago bagel with sausage and cheese. I'm reading the other reviews now. Wished I done this first. I do not feel like going back about this. It was still tasty though but I did not get my $6 worth. I already feel that Panera serve these skinny sandwiches as is. This is like my 3rd time trying out their breakfast.
Morgan gave me my food and chatted with me and she was super sweet! She seems genuinely happy to be there and she really made the experience great. The sandwich and salad were delicious too. Will definitely be visiting again!!

I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and what I received was basically two pieces of bread with a tiny bit of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce and slice of tomato. There was nothing to this “sandwich”. It was definitely not worth the money. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that there wasn’t one there. Odd. And, this location closed at 7, even though it says 9. They made it known that they were closing early and wanted to leave. I will never go back here again.
