I stopped in here to pick up an online order for a customer. It was a pretty good-sized order, so I'm very thankful for the option to order ahead of time online (ordered the night before for 30 people). The order was made perfect and accurate. Huge shout out to Samantha for the excellent customer service and assistance! It's great to still experience great customer service! Thank you, Panera, and thank you, Samantha! Placed a delivery order through the app. and was missing part of the order. Called and was told they couldn’t issue a refund unless I came in-person. Asked for a manager who said he couldn’t process the refund - then why are you a manager?? I instead asked for a new delivery with the missing item and was told they couldn’t issue a new order. Lazy staff who didn’t want to deal with the issue that they created by not putting the item in the delivery bag and instead said I could talk to the General Manager when they were in next. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place sucks. The staff is lazy & sucks. They did not put 2 soups that I ordered in my bag. I always check before I leave. When I went to let them know the lady right away said with an attitude that she put it in my bag. (If it was in my bag I wouldn’t have gone to tell them anything) the other worker asks to check my bag and I give it to him… come to find out no soups 🤷🏻‍♀️. What a shocker. The lady didn’t even want to look me in the eye after that & couldn’t even apologize to me. Like I was the inconvenience to her 😂. For sure never coming back to this location. Best Panera I've been in so long! My mom used to rave about the mac n cheese and has yet to show me what she was raving about. After 10 years she had the mac n cheese she remembered telling me about. So saucy and fresh. The cooks offered to help carry food to my table.... the only interaction I've had with an employee in ten years at Panera was at the register/POS. I come in from time to time due to the fact It's on my way to work, so I will, on occasion, stop for my coffee and quick breakfast to go. Today, I waited over 15 minutes and never got my oatmeal 😒 they said my order never went through, but yet I got a text message on the phone saying they had received my order then 10 minutes saying it was ready due to the fact I was. This is our happy place. It has the best live show we love to watch: majestic mountain view, chirping birds surfing the blue wind waves, warm fireplace for colder season, even warmer welcoming friendliness of the hosts. Panera doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered 3 soufflé for breakfast one of them was completely raw and the other two were grossly undercooked. Panarra has gotten so expensive and the food you get is so miniscule. The food looks nothing like the pictures in the restaurant. Isay it's false advertising or bait and switch. They don't even make sure the food is fully cooked. It use to be a nice place to go but now you have to take out a second mortgage to eat there.
