Never had a bad experience at this location (knock on wood). I ordered pick up on the app, drive thru. Super fast and friendly employee at the window. I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie. Have not been to Panera Bread in a few years. I used to love the Asiago Beef sandwich. Today's lunch with my wife was ok. I mean my wife was great, the lunch was just ok. We both had the lunch special. BBQ chicken sandwich with creamy tomato soup. The sandwich was good. The soup tasted like spaghetti O's. I like the Napa almond chicken salad at Panera, but this particular location gives tiny portions. I won't be ordering it here again. I got approximately 3 tablespoons on chicken salad on my half sandwich today. In Huntersville last week, I got a nice amount and went and told the kitchen how much I appreciated it. This place is not that cheap for their food to be so bad. I always think twice about spending my money on them. It's not just this location it's Panera bread. In general, I have gone to a different location, and it's always the same thing they mess up my order or something is missing, or overall, it's just bad. People just don't want to work or maybe just don't like their jobs either way. You should try to do your best because you still get paid for it. Anyways last night I ordered from them. And apparently, the avocado still had the skin on it. Also was missing sauce on it, and it was cold, and chicken was nasty, like if it was old. Always a great place with very good food. Lots of foot traffic makes atmosphere a little loud. A good place at certain times of the day to take your laptop and get some work done while sipping coffee. The cashier Donna is the friendliest person on staff. Friendly service. Ordered a drink from the sip club and it said it was ready then disappeared on menu board but drink never showed up. It was the first time I had ordered here and they said you get the amount the ice you give the cup with your Charger choice. We had not been to Panera in several years but we were given a gift card and we are so glad that it got us back into the restaurant. They continue to have a great sandwich/salad/soup menu, and their pastries are excellent. The service at the register wasn't great, but the food was done quickly. We ordered ahead through the app and picked up in the drive thru. They forgot my husband’s sandwich in his You Pick Two. When we got home and discovered the error, we tried to call to speak to a manager, but nobody answered.
