I love love love panera. Their food is always good. Rarely disappointed 💛 that was my review from awhile back.... Today 2/22/24 I went for lunch. I was disappointed. The girl who took our order got both of them wrong. She either didn't understand us which is weird because we both speak clear English or she just don't know what she's doing. My husband asked for red onion and no tomato..she gave him tomato no red onion. I asked for chicken with my bowl and got no chicken. I brought the receipt back to the window explaining the mistakes to the food prep people. They called the cashier over and spoke to her in Spanish. She basically said it was us not her in Spanish. I reiterated it was not us. They gave me the red onion and nuked some chicken. The lady took my receipt. I asked for it back and had to wait for her to print a new one. I don't know why she couldn't just give me my original back but she didn't. It also said I should get a free item for my inconvenience and I didn't get anything. That's probably why they keot my receipt. The new receipt didn't say anything about a free item or 20% off a you pick 2. It was kind of sketchy. They are also very expensive for so so food.
