This is a bad Panara. The bagels are never fresh. They have a very limited variety of bagels at this location. The last time I was there, I went through the drive thru. All I ordered was a smoothie and a bagel with nothing done to it (not even cut) and despite the fact that no one was in front of me, it took almost 15 minutes to get my order. The staff is really nice and polite at this location. Ordered from this place 15-20 times and have never been disappointed! Ample seating available with lots of parking space as well. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

It's Panera. You know what you're getting, a boiled plastic bag of factory made slop that's chemically perfect for their intents, soaked up by some slightly-better-than-Subway bread. It's better than starving and it's safer than the coney island next door. That's about as positive as I can be. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The employees need to be trained properly. This the second time I ordered carry out soup and she I get home I found out that the bread in the bag. Today I ordered a bowel and a cup of soup. Of course the bread was missing again! This is terrible service. In addition, this Panera changed the policy for sip cup members. Meaning, if you want a cup of coffee you have to go to the kiosk and order. Then, you go to the area where you pick up the food and wait to get a cup of coffee. When I complained for the incovenience I was told with very rude behavior that people are stealing coffee. The attitude of the employee made feel that the statement was directed to me, then, when I asked for double cups the employee refused. It is very unprofessional place and have no choice but to avoid it all together. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is unbelievable, the customer service at this place is horrible. Just went through the drive through and the lady spilled my mango smoothie and didn't even have any respect. Took my card and didn't say one word like if you don't like the job don't work pretty simple. Handed me the food and didn't say anything truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Panera. I went to Panera in the morning of Sunday, June 13 and it was a young African American lady she shouldn't have a job anymore simple. Never coming back to this place ever again....... The smoothie also had many little ice chunks in it and wasn’t blended properly at all...

Normally I have good experience here, but lately they have been off. I order the Mediterranean Grain Bowl without Chicken. It's suppose to have Arugula and some hummus. Either they have a new staff that isn't trained properly or they are out of ingredients. Either way this is unacceptable.

First time at this location and the cashier helped me order. I got a delicious sandwich and Two soups ( I couldn't decide). It all turned out delicious!
