My favorite location. The Cafe is super big and a great place to meet. They are consistent in the quality of food, speed, and service. The kind drive thru woman actually walked my food out so I wouldn't have to wait in the long line to pick up my mobile order. Frustrating how the manager...Heather is often oblivious as to the cashiers being swamped and backed up. Always seems to be a 15 minutes to get to the cashier to place your order Food is prepared quickly... thankfully! Very seldom do I go to Panera Bread and when I do, they disappoint every time. Sandwich was good, but my cheese broccoli soup was as runny as it could get. It might as well been water. The one piece of broccoli I had in the soup total was dime size. $18.00 for a sandwich and cup of soup?!? Insane. Will not be back...ever. Food: 2 Service: 5

2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 1 deli sandwich, 3 cups of soup, and 2 drinks came to $53!!! The food was OK but definitely not worth the price and a small cup of soda is $4. The breakfast menu was still up so we had to go through our phones to find the menu to figure out what we wanted because breakfast was over and it was 11 AM. So we had no idea about the pick 2 and the server wasn’t volunteering any info. We came here because we had a gift card but we will not be back again. I understand prices have gone up when we go out to eat but this is just ridiculous.

I ordered a sandwich that had horse radish sauce which I had not expected. I was disappointed because I don't care for horse radish but after asking the manager about it she cheerfully made another sandwich for me with just mayo. It wasn't just the willingness to do it but her smile and cheerfulness in doing it that impressed me. You have a customer for life. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter received a free kids meal coupon from her teacher but then we found out she needed the purchase of a drink..which is understandable. The total came up to $4.02. So you mean to tell me a kids drink cost more than $4?

Very disappointed with a recent trip for soup and a sandwich. I ordered a Pick 2, French onion soup and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich with an apple. I had the choice of sourdough or wheat bread. For a place with “bread” literally in the name, you’d think I could get a nice grain bread? No. The soup was very decent, plenty of onions and croutons but very little flavor otherwise. The sandwich, on wheat bread, was 3.5” tall! Could not take a good bite, and when I did the dressing oozed out the bottom. A lot! Extremely messy and hardly any chicken. Unfortunate because the overall flavors of the sandwich was quite delicious. And I won’t even begin to describe why I didn’t eat the apple.
