I just went through their drive-through and ordered a full $44 order from this place. My son shockingly found a small shard of egg shell in his broccoli cheddar soup. I called the store and no one answered. I called again and the manager scoffingly laughed and said it's impossible. What kind of crazy customer service to actually laugh? I'm so thankful my son spotted this. After driving back within the hour of the original order, Susan was kind and refunded the entire order and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. I am editing my original one star review and bringing this back up to 3. I'm not sure I will go back here again. It’s the most well run Panera that I’ve experienced a Crossing Country, and the view is by far second to none. It has a good very good quiet vibe to it in a beautiful city. The people that work here or stream, Lee, friendly and helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been skeptical to try tomato soup, thank goodness my daughter talked me into trying it. I ordered the half tuna sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup. It was so amazingly delicious! We sat in front of the window overlooking the mountains, now I wish I would have taken pictures. It was absolutely a breathtaking View. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Food: I love soup its one of my favorite things to eat breakfast lunch or dinner. Service: Today yall had an employee show up early to start the day. That allowed for the soups to be started earlier and upon request for soup I was severed 2 hours before the normal serving time. Outstanding 👏... We stopped in for lunch, we ordered the pick 2, half a sandwich and soup. My wife had the chicken and I had the steak sandwich, she had the tomato soup and I had the turkey chili. Visiting from PHX, ordered drive thru they were very patient with us asking questions as we are not frequent goers of Panera. While we were waiting for food,they came to the window and asked us if we wanted any waters while we waited. Very amazing service, food is perfect thank you! Placed an order on line and picked it up. Received two rolls instead on one roll and a bag of chips as resquested. In addition, my chicken salad sandwich was wrapped with a pickle. Who wants pickle juice on their bread when they hate pickles. Yes, wrapped separately, but the juice still leaks through. Do not put pickles with the sandwich!!!! Horrible!!!! Two adults and a baby, half tuna sandwich, 2 very very small salads, very very small bowl turkey chili which tasted terrible, side Mac n cheese for baby, chocolate milk and 2 drinks, $44.00!!!
