Ordered pizza through their app at 5:13pm and was told to pick up at 5:35pm. Showed up at 5:37pm and was told that the order hasn’t even started. Instead of apologizing for messing up my order, the staff members just brushed me off with an attitude. This is no longer the papa Gino’s that we used to like. A few years ago, they were really good. Great prices and great food. There used to be a stable group of guys working in this location. Now every time I visit, it’s a new group of staff. More people in the kitchen now but somehow a much worse restaurant. Will not go back again, considering there are much better options in this area with similar prices. Not the Papa Gino I remember as a kid, all the employees looked unhappy. Plus when I actually did get what I ordered it was so overwhelming top with barbecue sauce that you couldn't even taste the rest of the pizza. This place is an absolute joke! Ordered a large number of pizzas on line they day before a party. Credit card was charged and order confirmation received via email and in the app with order number. The rude manager refused to make the order and claimed they never received it even with the order number and confirmation! Lazy or incompetent? Probably both at this location!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to the Sudbury, MA location! It’s an absolute joke! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 slices of pizza that had been sitting around they were old. Complained. Nothing was done.
