ordered a pizza at 4.50pm, pickup was at 4.55. walked in and paid, sat down to wait for pizza, 25 minutes later, i went to the counter to ask where it was, instead of someone calling out my name, they put it in the warmer for 20 minutes. warm and tasted like the box it was in. 5 people were at the front counter, 2 of them saw us sitting there, not one of them called out our name, i am sorry they said, really? they knew we were sitting there. too busy standing there and talking, i actually left a tip when i paid, for what? poor service? there were only 2 other people waiting for food, and theirs was brought over to them......lets hope my money was refunded. this place has gone down hill.... The staff were wonderful to deal with. They paid attention to customers who were waiting, and have a spotless store! James was really nice and considerate. I came out of the bathroom and he took over for her on cleaning up the trash. The food was wonderful too, idk if there’s usually a difference between the dine in slices and take out but the slices were huge! I felt guilty getting two. I just tried out Papa Gino's New pizza, Mike's Hot Honey 🍯 Pepperoni Pizza I'm giving it two 👍👍 up it's an excellent addition to an already great Pizza, you won't be disappointed so give it a try!😋 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really like the 🍕 here, but for the cleanness, I give it a 1 🌟. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the toilet was nasty. The inside of it was all stained. If someone had just cleaned it, it wouldn't have been so gross, The floor was sticky, and also, the men's bathroom was unusable. I'd like to give this 5 stars but the other papa ginos in tewksbury is such a disgusting place filled with creepy unwashed people so sadly can only give you guys 3 but was happy there were no bugs or walking open wounds serving food! Keep up the good work.

Worst experience I have ever had at Papa Gino’s . Upon arriving I was informed my order had ‘few minutes’ as it was coming out of the oven ‘momentarily’. After my pizza came out of the over I was told we are just waiting on your cinnamon sticks which they proceed to make after my pizza has already come out of the over after my scheduled order ready time. Pizza was not hot and extremely greasy upon receiving it 25 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Employee was extremely rude and unbothered with their lack of professionalism. Staff were hand picking toppings without gloves off messed up pizzas to serve to customers 🤮. I would definitely choose another location before ever considering this poorly ran location. Best Papa's around. Oakdale one is 1 minute up the Rd from me and I go to the one alllll the way down main Street before you hit Walmart 🤣this one is so much better !!
