I've ordered pizzas well done for several years and from numerous places. Well done pizza comes with the meat crispy and the dough golden not burnt, except today. Today, I couldn't eat the pizza. Hands down couldn’t thank them enough, I sent my food to be delivered at the wrong address. Called them and they handled it on the spot, Mandy was incredibly helpful and was able to contact the driver. Asked me questions, and they fixed MY MESS UP so quickly. Don’t you just LOVE when you explain to the store that you have a LIFE-THREATENING allergy and they STILL deliver the pizzas with the allergy trigger?? Because that is what keeps happening. We enjoy the pizza and other menu items but why can’t there be an actual choice? Some people just can’t have pepperoncini. So this location is interestingly placed. One street up there are people “on the block” and two streets up you see million dollar homes. The food was hot and delicious and I am grateful that the young guy and girl who were on their break sitting directly outside the entry doors did not make my food. I understand that marijuana is legalized in Maryland but come on now, on your job and in front of the building?! It’s not popular to everyone and I should not have to see or smell it on an employee. It’s the same for cigarettes but I promise they were not smoking cigarettes. Anyway, 3 stars for the food quality. One star for the atmosphere. Zero to the employees. We go all the time. I worked for papa John's for 18 years and still one of my favorite pizzas. Last week we got our pizza and the cheese was center loaded but most of the time it's looks great and Nick and his team are always nice and welcoming even after the Os rock it the night before and they are getting thier butts kicked they always have a smiling face up front.. thank you from the Blyth family Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Thought I had already reviewed this location but I’m giving them 5 stars because I’ve been about 4-5 times over a few months and EACH TIME my experience was great! It’s familiar faces when I go but I always interact with someone different and it’s rare you will get equal/same performance with different people but here everyone is ALWAYS friendly and professional. EACH visit my food was fresh hot and tasted good!!! The restaurant always appears clean and organized which is very appreciated as well. Tonight I gobbled my food up it was too good 😂 Sausage pizza & old bay wings!

We ordered from here using the app. I had an issue I needed fixed and when I called Red answered the phone. She could not have been any nicer! Such a great attitude. She makes me want to order from here more often. The delivery driver Weston was also so friendly. I am super impressed. Oh and the food was perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
