Horrible service!!! Ordered pizza online to be delivered at 7:15. Told at 9:15 pizza was out for delivery by Karl. Then called back at 10:15 and told had to cancel order. No one called to tell me my order was canceled. When I called back the manager offered no solution and was rude!!!! Will NEVER order from this papa John’s again! Absolutely zero customer service!!! I just have to take the time to bring attention to one particular employee at the Friendswood’s location. Patrick is an outstanding person. We literally get a pizza from there at least 5 times a week and from the first day that I met Patrick, he has been such a nice guy. He is definitely an asset to that store. I placed an order for 1 pizza at 7:20 pm today and it is now 9:53 pm and I still do not have my order. No way they are so busy they cannot get a single pizza out in 3 hours. Ridiculous. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Delicious pizza and a great delivery boy! The pizza came within the delivery time frame and it arrived hot! Will definitely order from them again! Second time ordering was a pick up and the ordering was easy and friendly and the store was clean.

Website sucks! I put items in cart and nothing shows up then I finally ordered and it ordered too many pizzas. Finally what I paid for and my email recipt showed a different amount then what was charged..... 👎 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Every time I have ever gone to this location, Abu has given excellent customer service. Even When they are slammed and very busy he always takes the time to look over smile and acknowledge every customer. He he is very fast paced and efficient and thorough. He always says Hi to the customers by name when I'm in there and he makes me feel like I am an important customer of theirs which I really appreciate.I have been meaning to write a review sooner than this and I am sorry that I haven't. Give this man a raise he is amazing at his job and a very valuable asset to this company.

I ordered a pizza with the 2 extra cheeses and I paid extra money for double pepperoni. I got the normal portion of pepperoni on my pizza instead. The GM of the store specifically and explicitly told me via email that the only way to get extra pepperoni, even after I paid the extra money for it, is if I don't get any extra cheeses, which I also paid for. The GM of this location specifically told me it is their store policy to rip you off. I have the emails. Marco's is across the street and I can tell you from experience they do not skimp on toppings even when you don't pay extra. But if you do pay for extra topping at Marcos boy do they load it up. Their store policy isn't to rip off of paying customers. Edit: response to owner comment- been there done that. You can see the result of that in the photos I posted. Even I reach out to corporate they won't answer anything. Clearly that GM is okay with having policy to rip off customers. I went to the Alvin location and ordered an identical pizza and it was a sea of cheese and completely stacked with pepperoni as you know I paid extra for it. They deliver what you pay for. Disingenuous comments that I should reach out-anybody reading it don't be fooled. I did all that and this post is the result of that.

Got a pizza from here today. Frist off. Does anyone clean the place. Cob webs and spider running over the counter. Employee didn't were gloves when making food. When I got to my office. It was not fresh as advertised. Bad food. Don't go here Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
