Me an my girl friend experienced racial attitudes when we try to order a get pizza there an we still don’t know why we were mistreated by them! I was ignored constantly an I was the only customer at the time but when the other white customers came they quickly showed them compassion an give them their food…. Like right in our faces just unbelievable even the customers told us that was not right an told us to go to Caesar’s pizza instead! Worst customer service ever is all we gotta say! We wanted to sue but changed our mind. Service Take out

Ordered pizza 🍕 to pickup, arrived just as the order said it was ready, however when we pulled up to the window the lady walked around like she was looking for our pizza. Turns out she was, adelivery guy took our pizza. She apologized and said to park while they made us another. We waited at least another 15-20 minutes. We should have got a refund honestly. The pizza came in a smaller box than a large we ordered, it was folded. The sizes of their pizzas seemed to have grown smaller. Very thin too. Ordered 1 pizza and understood that it would take awhile because it’s a busy night. Was told that it would be 45-50 minutes for delivery. Ordered the pizza at 8:10, had to call at 9:10 and was told the driver was on the way and it would be 15 minutes, and then it didn’t show up until 9:55 and was already on the phone to talk to someone about it. Was explaining how the situation was frustrating and the girl on the phone hung up. This was my first time eating here, and I was pretty bummed about my experience due to it being burnt. It really threw off the taste. I've heard from others that it's a great place, so they must have just been having an off night.

Late delivery services needs to be reviewed, please. Like anyone else, I pay nearly $5 for a delivery charge. I will not tip for a cold pizza or for tardiness of delivery when I was informed that my delivery was to be expected at a earlier delivery time, at the exact time of ordering. And please keep up your fantastic work on your pizzas. I adore your Alfredo sauce and the Crust is amazing.

As you can see my pizza is really cold and bad condition to eat! It’s not the first time! I ordered it online and the estimated time was 24 to 34 min ish and I waited for an hour and a half and guess what got it like that! Btw They are sending another one and now it’s 2:33 am!!
