Ordered 1 hour before close, and live 3 minutes from the store. Cancelled our order without informing us and then refused to pick up the phone all before business hours come to an end. Give your business to the one in victory they’re actually worth tipping well as we always do. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered ahead online with an order for three people and were given a 15 minute expectation for our food being ready. Arriving promptly at the 15 minute mark, we confirmed the order at the counter. One of our dishes had been completely overlooked, even though it was clearly on the order and receipt. We waited in the car for another 10 minutes before our order was complete. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delivery driver was nice. and polite. It took over an hour to get the pizza and considering that it is a Friday night that is fine. However, they didn't give me what I ordered. I called to let them know and I have been on hold for over an hour. Terrible service. Don't waste your time. Support local business.

The manager who was working was so nice! She was the only one working and somehow managed the whole operation with complete efficiency all by herself without seeming exhausted! Very upbeat and fast service with the standard quality pie you expect from the best run Papa John Franchise! Thanks for the speedy, tasty za and happy vibes, manager girl!

I've ordered from here several times and never had a problem, but I ordered earlier and I went to open my second pizza and this is the mess I opened up to. The delivery guy was named Micheal.

Why is this place so expensive now?? It's a chain- the prices should not be this high. It's definitely the best tasting major chain but the prices have gone up when no one else has. None of the old coupons to get a cheaper one topping pizza exists anymore. There is no reason to go here when we have so many local pizza places on the Island that taste way better. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3

Probably the worst experience ordering pizza. Ordered online through an out sourced call center in India. Told the wait was 30 minutes for delivery. Paid and tipped 20 percent. An hour and a half later we decided to drive to the store to pick up the order because every time we called their was no answer. Got to the store and the manager was a jerk. We told him we didn’t want to pay for delivery or tip since we had to drive to pick it up. He told us the best he could do was half off our next order. If you’re thinking about ordering pizza from here, don’t.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The website would not work to order. So I call to place my order. I get someone who clearly does not actually work at this location- and probably not even in this country- very terrible english. Unfortunately this language barrier caused some mix up in my order- pizza was incorrect- not really a big deal. I really just want it to taste good. Get my pizza home- pizza tastes like plastic and cardboard and the appetizer of pepperoni with jalapeños are quite burnt and obviously lacked any flavor at this point. I couldn’t even eat this garbage. I hope this review reaches the owner. I know everyone is struggling to hire right now- but selling garbage food shouldn't be the alternative.

Cannot get a hold of a human being in this country, the phone options are a useless. Didn't get all my food and no way to contact the store directly. It looks like your SOL if they mess something up. Coasting with the skeleton crew to shutting down permanently like so many businesses around. Service Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delivered our pizza 50 minutes late. No answer on their phone despite many calls. Before it arrived we drove over. The manager offered no apology and said it was already out for delivery. Awful service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
