Not really happy with the way the pizza was when it arrived The pizza was right between warm and cold and there was no call ahead of time to let me know he was coming up with it and I left my phone number with the room number for him to call but just really not happy with the temperature of the pizza and you could tell the pizza was starting to get that cold texture. I have absolutely never ate better pizza than Papa John's. Their crust is amazing. I ordered it online and it was ready in only 15 minutes and I had a BIG order. Might I add everything was hot and fresh as well. Service Take out

I ordered a Philly Steak Papadia and was so disappointed after seeing what I received, compared to the commercials I'd seen. It was burned, which made the bread hard and there wasn't enough filling for more than three bites per half slice. I've posted a photo to this site. Awesome store, southern hospitality. This place went above and beyond to move my order to the top of a very long list, on a very busy night. They even threw in some extras at no charge. We order pizza here every time we are in the area.

I ordered a personal pizza at Middlesboro Pizza Hut tonight....plenty of time before they closed....they said they were having their ovens cleaned!! On a Friday night?!? So I ordered a small from Papa John's and they over delivered! THANK YOU DANIEL for being a fantastic manager and setting the bar for local pizzerias!
