Ordered 2 pizzas not long ago tonight. I just wanted to get home and eat my cheese pizza and pizza with mushrooms added. Should've checked them before leaving. They were both burnt. What a waste of $

I stopped by this location to order a pizza. The guy making the food came to the front to take a few orders. He was very nice and courteous but after taking our order and handling money exchanges and touching the computers and card machines, he went right back to making food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This would have been an immediate termination back in the day. I’m finding the focus of cleanliness in the food industry has declined tremendously. I asked for my money back and cancelled my order and left. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. Sad that the fast food industry is not putting more focus on hygiene in their restaurants. This may be one of the reasons for the decline in business in the fast food industry. It’s a deal breaker for me.

The pizza was hot and fresh, and actually tasted good! My rating is for the customer service. A few of employees in there were so rude. I went to pick up my pizza, and all I said was “hi how are you!, and gave one of the employees at the register my name for the order I placed online. I also arrived at the time I was asked to pick it up. The employee at the front register looked at me like I was inconveniencing him. Didn’t say hello or anything. I was the only customer in the store at the time. He picked up my pizza, silently handed to me, and then went back to talking with his coworker. I understand people have bad days, I get it. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from the location it’s been a horrible experience. The last time I ordered they sent me the coldest pizza I’ve ever received through Delivery/DoorDash after a hour and a half of waiting on the pizza. Shocked they even sent the pizza out after they knew it sat out for over a hour ( which they confirmed was not the appropriate thing to do) I Tried to get the situation resolved but the manager seemed like he had no idea of what to do to fix the situation. Very disappointed!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1

I have eaten papa johns for YEARS , but my word I have never been so mad about anything in my entire foodie life. HOW DARE papa johns charge me 9$ for a 6 piece and I get jipped on all of the wings. You’re charging almost 10$ for some kindergarten wings. This thing built like it’s made for an Oompa Loompa. Yes I still ate it to the bone but MAN WAS I SCREAMING internally the entire time. My experience at this location brought back so many wonderful memories today. Papa John's was my 1st job as a young teen. I placed a online order today for the team the service was beyond exceptional. The pizzas were made in a timely manner. My biggest shout out goes to Rachel who's customer service alone with her vibrant small was outstanding. It's nice to see associates who still takes pride in their job! The worse PAPA JOHN'S place ever, ALL of the employees at this establishment is angry and frustrated, they do not know what they sell and ignores you when they do not understand, I've tried this twice, but same environment, I will not go back to this place. So sad to see young people don't want to work and parents send them, and they are upset with the world. People take pride in what you do and stop complaining ONLY.
