Ordered a dairy free gourmet vegetarian online on a Tuesday and was charged $26 for a pizza that was definitely not gourmet vegetarian. We normally don't have any issues with this location but the pizza, the service, and the overall experience tonight was awful. With our order, I added bacon and olives. There was no artichokes, chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms or spinach which all come on the gourmet vegetarian. We barely got any dairy free cheese, a lot of bacon, olives, and zucchini. I double checked my order confirmation and receipt to make sure I didn't mess.

Ordered online. 30 mins for the pizza to be ready. It wasn't. Had to go up to the counter and ask when my pizza was going to be ready. They had to go through the tickets to find mine. They did get done right away though. But still why order online and give a time when it will be ready and it wasn't even on the top of the list to be made. This has happened to me 3x at this location.

Last night at 8:05pm, I tried to phone order a pizza for the Tuesday $10 deal. The phone rang at least 25 times. I thought maybe they were busy. NO, they weren't busy- they were WANTING TO LEAVE EARLY! When they finally did answer the phone, this is how it went- "We close at 8:30 and are NOT TAKING ANYMORE MORE PHONE ORDERS." I tried to tell them I was outside and could pick up before 8:30pm. Instead of listening, the person repeated, "We close at 8:30pm and no more orders will be taken." That was the end of that call. I looked up another location down the street and was able to order a pizza and picked it up from them. Not only did the other store take my order, they did it with a smile and made one of the best pizzas I've had in awhile.
This store has a bad attitude among the employees. I think management needs to change the way they treat their staff. If you have good managers, your staff should be wanting to make money and be rewarded for their efforts. It's a food chain people. Your there to sell a product, not close early so you go home the second the store closes. You close at 8:30pm and clean up until 9:00pm. You sent a customer away and I found another store to buy from. Shame on you for making your staff want to go home early on a SPECIAL DEAL DAY! BAD FORM. BAD

Ordered a take out pizza and they are supposed to measure the cheese and topping with provided cups, bowls and scales for cheese. None of the young kids working there did not even measure nothing!! They just use their hand and just put what ever! Pizza had skimpy toppings! Had problems before with this store closing early before closing times! Will not be going back to this location! Needs new management and re- training employees!!

This place is so slow. I waited over an hour for my order, having ordered online. Meanwhile, people were walking in to place orders and they were getting their orders in 15 minutes. Waiting in their store, watching them stack orders on top of mine, further delaying things. When I asked about my order, they had to search through the stack, then made my three pizzas about 10 minutes apart.
Unacceptable for a business that advertises a 30 minute order.

Ordered one of their combo pizzas yesterday for pickup, but the pizza they gave me only had pepperoni and salami on it, with none of the other toppings that are supposed to be on the combo. Definitely never ordering from them again when they screw up something so simple, especially when pizza preparation is literally their main job.

Second time in row that our crusts bubbled like crazy and stuck to the pan. Instructions followed to the letter! Not sure what changed about their dough, but I’m done throwing away money on pizza that doesn’t bake right.
Always fast and fresh. The employees are always polite. $10 Larges on Tuesday is a good deal. The price has me come here, the polite employees make me not look for a different location.
BEWARE IF YOU LIKE YOUR PIZZA CUSTOMIZED! For the past month I have ordered a Papas Fave no cheese, then add a few extra ingredients to replace the cheese
It has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I call and they tell me I have to wait 45 min because they are "BUSY" really? They cannot place online orders and it be right... they evidently cannot read. I haven't asked for a replacement up until today because I'm a busy person too. My "Papas Fave" pizza consists of frickin spinach, tomatoes, & mushrooms.... really? That's a SALAD not a frickin pizza without cheese.
