The pizza from this Cottage Grove Papa Murphy's location is honestly some of the best pizza you're going to find in Cottage Grove! I cook mine on my Traeger grill for some added smoked flavor. Service here is generally really fast and friendly. Staff are generally really good about adding extra ingredients, upon request, and in following ordering instructions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME! I would give zero stars if I could for the experience I just had at this location. I ordered online to pick it up at 5pm, got there at 5:05. It was not ready and they told me my ticket was next in line. I sat there for a half hour and reminded them 3 times about my order while I watched them make pizzas for multiple people who came in after me and were scheduled for pickup at 5:15. Then proceed to bump their orders up in the line ahead of mine. Almost 40 minutes later I finally got a pizza. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask me what I was waiting for. When I got the pizza home I realized they made it wrong on top of everything. I called to complain and the manager was very rude and just kept saying that I didn't understand how the ticket order works and there were other orders in front of mine. But they so easily pushed other orders to the front of the line as I sat and waited. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This is the best Papa Murphy's i have been to. Connie and the other ladies are so kind and always go out of there way to make sure my order is correct. Even when they are busy they make the time to smile and listen.

Very poor customer service, I ordered online two pizzas, one was a Chicken, Bacon and Artichoke pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza I was told they were out of Bacon I was told I could pick another meat. I said I would take Canadian Bacon instead which I didn't really want, I then asked if I could get tomatoes instead. I was then told in a very Rude tone that Tomatoes would be extra... I just told the I didn't want the pizza I just wanted my money back.. What happened to making a customer happy? I will not be returning. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I love this Papa Murphy's. Always clean. Friendly staff. Very efficient. I walk in, order, and within no time at all, walk out with pizza in hand. The pizzas are always delicious!
