I stop weekly for the Tuesday special and generally have had no issues. But this past week as I was waiting for my pizza to be made and was watching a male employee with longer hair hanging in his face. I watched as he was very animated with his head and hair bouncing around over the food he was making. He had on a mere visor, but the hair just poured over the visor. I had to say something and asked him to please put his hair back. He left and didn't return during the rest of my time there. Everyone else had their hair tied back or in a cap, I just don't understand what has happened to hair restraint in the food industry. I will continue to visit this establishment and hopes that my next visit will be a better experience and for everyones sake all employees use better hair containment practices.

First time utilizing this location and had a streamlined experience when ordering online. Pizza was ready for pickup precisely at the designated time all while receiving smiles and greetings from the staff. This chain always has fresh ingredients for good prices - plus because you bake it yourself, you decide your crust preference!

Went in tonight at a little after 5pm to a completely packed store. Must have been 10-15 in line ahead of me. Two workers. Sounds like a complete disaster, right?
Nope. These two were on top if it. They kept everything moving, and after a little while the manager showed up and hopped right in to help out.
It took about 20 minutes to get my pizzas, but I have no complaints. I was very impressed with how well the manager handled everything, and the three of them cranked through the pile of orders while still remaining friendly, courteous, and professional.
We don't eat here super often, just because there are plenty of other pizza places that do the cooking for you, and when I'm hungry, I don't want extra steps. But I've never been so impressed with a crew before, and we are definitely going to make this a frequent stop.

Our pizzas were great as usual! I had quite an order this time around. I usually order online or call ahead. Unfortunately that wasn't in the cards for me (phone issues). Many other factors came into play besides phone issues & a large order. It was a busy Tuesday evening during the after work rush hour. My pizzas were ready in about 5 minutes. Only having 2 hands was going to require more than a quick grab n go this trip. Not only was the entire staff working quickly to get us walk ins taken care of among call in orders I was IMMEDIATELY without an ounce of hesitation offered carry-out! After the previous 24hrs that simple gesture literally made my day! Kudos to the cashier who had to deal with my mindless issues as well. Thanks again for your amazing TEAMWORK! Continue with the great customer service!
Always good pizzas, nice kids working - if a bit quiet and shy. Only ask in the future is please clean off your countertops so there’s not a ton of smashed cheese and gunk on the bottom of the trays that ends up burning in my oven when we bake your pizzas. Nice kids overall though and we’ll certainly be back. (Hopefully to cleaner countertops)
These guys are always keeping busy. Sadly hours are a struggle. Recently told that they close at 8 but don't make or take any orders after 730. Though I understand short staffed - maybe closing at 730 then?
Consistently inconsistent with store hours. Twice I’ve ordered online and show up to doors locked and store closed. Pizza is good, just would suggest going there first rather then ordering online. A good backup to take and bake is kwik trip, their is 3 in town.

They need to retrain their staff. We order from here pretty often since it is close to our house but they mess up every time whether it’s forgetting toppings or putting only a few pieces of sausage on. This time I was actually in the store while they were making the pizza and I’m glad I was because I had to correct the person making it multiple times (once she had to get rid of the pizza start from scratch). I really wish the staff were trained better because we really enjoy their pizza but not when our order is incorrect every time.
