Food is good. BUT I've been there 3 times and the service is NOT good. We've basically been ignored by the staff on all occasions. Today it was noon and no one greets us. We stood there a few minutes. The bartender looked over but was busy channel surfing. Finally a gentleman from another party peeks his head around to get a staff members attention. Once seated it takes awhile to get service. They are not busy and they have plenty of staff members, but they just don't seem concerned or attentive. Won't be back, we I can go up the street and get better service and similar food. I've never seen them busy, and I'm guessing because people don't go back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Surprisingly good Mexican Food! Despite the slightly misleading name this is more Mexican restaurant than bar. Everyone really enjoyed their food which was served quickly and was very tasty. I’m not sure if the lighting was set up for the holidays, but I found the menu very hard to read with the blue lights at the table but other than that it was a great experience. First visit here. I'm not a huge California tex mex lover so I wasn't impressed with food. I had chicken fajitas. I felt like it was missing salsa. There was a salsa bar and there were at least 6 different ones, but for me I would rather it be brought to table, lazy yes I know. The bean dip that came with the chips was a little spicy but surprisingly good and different. The chips were good too. The bartender took care of me and the menu had a lot of choices. Lunch was good. Salsa bar was interesting (like Moe's, but more variety.) I enjoyed the Zacatecas Trio - very large portions of chicken, pork and steak. Wife had chicken taco salad, but was disappointed in chicken cook/texture. May try again with kids based on location and atmosphere. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Glad to see a new place to eat in the area. I have been here twice because the food is simply delicious. Lots of fresh herbs and spices makes the food pop. I love the 10 different homemade salsa bar. I tried evert one and they were all delicious. Not too spicy, the perfect amount of heat. We had the pork tacos' - cooked perfectly! and Avocado Burrito - it was stuffed with fresh avocado's, not like other places where you get maybe 3=4 bites, this puppy must have had 2 hole avocado's in it. Amazing. The portions are huge!!! I ate the burrito for 2 more days. The restaurant is huge, tons of open space seating along with a huge bar and seating. They also have two outside areas, not open yet, for lounging and eating. There is plenty of parking but note this place is packed a night. Will I go here again. YES, already have. Had another burrito - this time the Mexican, it was so darn good!

Nice casual Mexican place. Food was good. Kitchen was running a bit slow but it didn’t affect the experience. Visit the salsa station to get a variety of salsas for your nachos. I had the Ceviche and it was good!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

It’s hard to find good Mexican food here in Georgia, but this place is a great hidden gem in Roswell. A noticeable step up from your other chain Mexican restaurants. Easily one of the best aspects is the salsa bar, with 8 or so different salsas you can get yourself without the need to wait for a server refill (California style is the best). The atmosphere is open and light, and they got Latino bangers on 24/7. Our experience there was made perfect by our awesome server, Arturo. I was a server to and man, he was way better than I ever was. I’ve never had a server notice the color of my coke is slightly pale, hook up a brand new syrup box in the back, then bring me a brand new one without even asking! I could go on, but he was super awesome and nice, so thanks Arturo. Tldr: if you like authentic southern California Mexican food, give it a go.
