First time visiting this location. It's hard to believe it used to be a Verizon store. It's not a traditional location. It seems to have a more focused menu. The place was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Food was good.

Quick phone order, only 15 min wait for pickup, great service! The food is delicious and in a nice, presentable platter! The crab ragoons, the Thai coconut buns, all made a great and tasty option for dinner! For a new business opening, we had no issues!

Love Pei Wei and was excited to eat at this new location for the first time. Unfortunately, my very first bite was a huge piece of completely raw chicken. Felt mushy in my mouth and spit it out to see the attached pic. Extremely disappointed and now just praying I don’t get sick.

I loved the wok char flavor in all the dishes. The flavor were on point.
I tried the wings and they had the texture of authentic Chinese braised wings. However for the sweet sauce, I wish the wings were a bit more crispy.

First time at this location. Chose to read the menu outside as a I can be indecisive. Manager came outside to greet me to see if I had been to Pei Wei before and if I had any questions. She also said if there were any modifications to any dish I would like they would make it work if possible. Even though they offered free donuts for a review, I had planned on purchasing them anyway. Unfortunately my phone was acting up, so I could not put in a review at that time. They gave me the donuts for free anyway. The food was quite tasty. I had the Thai Chicken Curry with brown rice. I am glad that we have this store close to where I live. They will be getting my business now. 😁

My issue is : I made a mistake and placed my order online at the wrong location in Frisco. The wrong location was this location on Eldorado. After quickly placing my order at the right location in Frisco on Main, I contacted the manager on Eldorado to cancel my order. The young lady said ok no problem, your money (19.99)will go back to your card in 4 to 5 days, depending on your bank. I said ok cool. Well, this issue took place on Jan. 10, 2024 @ 2:01 pm. Today is Jan. 22, 2024, and I still have not received a refund. I've spoken to three different people, and nothing has happened.
FYI be careful because the Eldorado location will take your money even after you have immediately canceled your order.
