Lil bar with a couple of billiards tables, very busy during marti gras parades, is on Front Street. Owner and employees are very friendly!

Was having a good time at a karaoke night. Until the maintenance man decided to get on the karaoke microphone and complain about the men's toilet having poo residue at the bottom of the toilet. Saying that we need to clean our F N mess. In all reality I felt sorry for the gentleman that got called out for doing something that every human does. I could understand if he didn't flush at all or exploded everywhere. But he didn't. And to that was the MOST unprofessional behavior that I have witnessed. Nobody on this planet doesn't go poo. And I'm sorry but not all poo's flush away right. And if you're maintenance man isn't that technically your job???!! And right before this happened the same so called maintenance man decided he wanted to watch something else and changed the channel when a patron was watching what and asked the maintenance did you change the channel and he said yea is this funnier and put it on Ace Ventura. This is by far the most unprofessional and inconsiderate business that I have ever seen. To be called out and to be embarrassed for doing something that every human does is just down right WRONG. And i wasn't going to bring this up but as an Army vet I really did not appreciate the rudeness of an employee over something so trivial and to argue over it.

Best local bar in town. Everyone is so welcoming, and the bartenders are great. And if you get hungry while drinking, you can call in an order from next door (Bonnie C's) and they'll walk it to you. Would highly recommend.

Always such nice patrons great atmosphere and the best bloody Marys in town. Is nice to shoot pool and listen to the jukebox while socializing

Out of town from OH! Couldn't ask for a better place to "actually" be with locals.. chill people with good vibes ... Good place to visit after busting your a** all day to unwind and let loose with people who anyone can connect with.. under fair price drinks with music. How could you go wrong?!

Good dive bar, attentive bartenders, friendly crowd. Like someone else mentioned, the prices sometimes depend on the bartender. Not that they are trying to rip anyone off, but it seems there is no standard, listed pricing for some items. If too smoky, there is a small patio.

It has a good dive bar feel, which is sometimes what you're looking for. Not an overwhelming beer selection but it has enough of a selection to satisfy. Good people the times I've been there.

I have been going to the Pelican Pub for a few years now, and I can say it's a really great place to go to, for relaxation and a good time. When there, ask for "Brian" and/or "Amy"!!! They are the best bartenders you could ever hope for! They are without superior or equal and effortlessly surpasses all others in the City of Slidell; bar none, real talk. Peace
