Peppes Pizza is pretty near Spjelkavik Church. Visitors don't like pizza, halva and beer at this pizzeria. It's a pity, the staff is unprofessional as a number of guests mention. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. There is peaceful atmosphere at Peppes Pizza. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Nice looking place, went here with my boyfriend after a date. We sat down and after 5 minutes of waiting, approached the store assistant with our order. We got told a waitress would come and take our order, but no one ever did. After 30 minutes of waiting we got up and left, people who came after us ended up getting their orders and we were getting really frustrated with this horrible customer service. Please treat your customers better. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's probably the most disgusting pica I've ever had in my life. We ordered a bbq piza and specifically asked for no onions. Pizza still came with onions. Gladly, we weren't allergic to onions, so it was fine. The pizza was soggy, full of oil, and just not a pleasant experience. Peppes pizza is really decent pizza place🍕 I think it's a bit the same as Dominos in the Netherlands as what you can expect in quality. It's good pizza but I think the prices are a bit on the high side for what you can expect but I heard it's a famous brand here in Norway so maybe thats why. We went for our son's birthday and had very bad service, a half-baked children's pizza and a over the top spicy chicken pizza which was over-filled with toppings including an extraordinary amount of jalapeños. The Coke Zero was mostly water and so transparent that there was hardly any flavour. Very disappointed with this restaurant which we have learned to enjoy over the many years we have lived in Ålesund. Even the table was dirty when we arrived and not cleaned whilst we were sitting there. Would not attend this place ever again.

A large pizza is expensive for the size, especially compared to other local restaurants. Pizza and dressing tastes ok too. They are also slow on on servicing people, and making pizza, even if there are very few guests.

Bad restaurant. I got a tasteless burnt pizza and my friends got a small piece of lasagna in an oval dish. Dirty on the outside with burnt things and also on the inside with burnt sauce. Very small square portion that didnt taste good and it all took a very long time. They still expected a tip after we were done eating a few bites.
