We stopped by for desserts and experience is 10/10. This "perla" cake is 5 eur, it is combination of brownie (biscuit), ice cream and fruit. Other desserts were nice as well and prices similar. Waiters were nice, they accommodated us even though most of the tables were reserved for the party happening in an hour.

My favorite cafe to spend time in Budva. The food is very good and the coffee is very good. The only problem is that there is a gap in the behavior of the staff. Valentines Day The lady who is a manager , I guess ,was super unkind and discussing to us, to the workers as well.First on the phone call when I kindly asked her to repeat because I didn’t hear what she said she literally raised her voice and repeated very loudly, after when we arrived she was behaving very unpleasant. Even the table near us was commenting the same thing. People who came in later had to go by themselves and look on tables for their reservation names on papers.. The waitress was super nice guy, the food was very good and rich.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and sometimes visit Perla. During weekends or celebratory occasions, there can be a wait of 15, 20 minutes and more. You might find a few waiters standing behind your table, but none of them clear away the dirty dishes or provide a menu. In busy periods, the staff may ask to seat additional guests at your table, which can be awkward if you're having a romantic dinner for two. They say never to judge a book by it’s cover and that was the case here for a weekday evening meal. It’s impressive from the outside and has a good atmosphere from the moment you enter. There’s some lovely seating options and if you can secure a table on the terrace with views over the park it’s a very nice modern setting. Unfortunately that’s all let down by the service though. While being pretty blunt and rude the member of staff attempted to take our order before we’d even been given a menu, and later expected us to specify exactly which beer we wanted despite not knowing what was on offer. Getting the attention of any staff for additional orders or to request the bill was a nightmare, and then when we did the requests were forgotten or ignored. There’s a good range of food across the menu and the prices not too unreasonable. Service time for the food was good and the portion sizes large. It was strange for the pizza not to have any tomato sauce but the pork was cooked well and very tasty. Overall the whole experience was let down by the service which made us feel unwelcome and more of a hassle than customers. I didn't experience the restaurant part, but our club experience was incredibly bad. The DJ suddenly cut off the music at the most entertaining and lively point, and suddenly the singer started singing. We couldn't understand what happened. The worst part is the rudeness of the waiters. Because waiters squeeze your wrist, they hit you with their shoulders, throw you from one place to another while passing by. A man shouldn't be treated like this anyway, but as a woman, it was very rude for the waiters passing me to serve alcohol to push me like that.. CLASSY PLACE OF BUDVA Cool Atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. Upper floor for chill and down floor is fancy night club. Mostly in night club local songs are playing but we enjoyed a lot. Waiters are friendly and kind. For a date or celebration in Budva I highly recommend PERLA. Also residences of Perla are quality and liked to accommodate in there with my family. The breakfast menu offered a great variety of options, and I must say, the food was delicious. The dishes were prepared with care and attention to detail, and the flavors were truly delightful. Whether you prefer something sweet or savory, there was something for everyone. Also, the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure that every guest felt welcome and taken care of. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Went to the club with a few friends. It was a horrible experience. We weren't allowed to dance and the staff was very unfriendly. We had to buy drinks for over €20. Had to pay money for the toilet. After 10 minutes we got kicked out for no reason. After, we met a few other tourist who had the same experience. Not recommend! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst club i’ve ever been in all around the world. Very rude and aggressive waiters. I was pushed so hard a few times by the waiters i was literally falling. I dont remember how many times I yelled and warned them. Such a cheap place! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
