I ordered online, a meatball sub, salad and garlic fries. When I arrived to pick up the food there were maybe 2 people in the restaurant (so they weren't busy) and my order had no fries. I inquired as to why and the employee who was working after looking at my receipt clearly showing that fries had been ordered said "I don't know about that, fries aren't $1.50". I was in a bit of a hurry else I would have pressed the issue to either get my fries or get my money refunded. Also the drunk person who wandered in from the nextdoor bar and had come in after me was clearly upset that my issue was impeding their ability to order so I bailed. Unfortunately, this is like the third sub-par experience I have had at this place (I've been there three times, each time has been off either because the food was mediocre or there was some weird issue). Sadly it's a small town so there aren't a lot of options, but next time I am going to make the extra effort to find somewhere else to eat. Excellent pizza with exceptional crust. Very accommodating and friendly staff in a low-key pizza-pub setting. The Caesar salad is good, too! Thanks for your attention to the details on the yummy gluten-free pizza crust with non-dairy toppings. Yummy.
