Such a delightful place with an outstanding atmosphere and music. The food was absolutely delicious and the waitress went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend the place.

Last week when I was traveling in Ayvalik, I found this place and just fall in love with it.
During a week of my stay I visited here for 3 times.
The ambiance is authentic old Ayvalik style.
Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English.
Food was delicious and has big range of choices.
Since I don’t understand Turkish, I looked up their Instagram page and ordered food from pictures shared over there. Their insta page is worth a look.
If I come back to Ayvalik it’s 50% because of you.

This restaurant seemed nice enough, beautiful interior, and good selection on menu. Unfortunately the attitude of the waiters was rude and obnoxious. We ordered fish, and specifically asked if it would be soft, which we were assured it would be. After the long wait, the inside of the fish was rock hard, clearly cooked from frozen and not given time to defrost. Furthermore the menu stated the fish came with potatoes and what arrived was chopped up chips, as they clearly were out of potatoes. When we told the waitress the fish was undercooked, she immediately stated bluntly that it was impossible for this to be the case as the fish was double cooked. This attitude is frankly unacceptable and unnecessarily rude. To immediately get defensive without even inspecting the food or offering an apology, is bizarre, we were not argumentative or rude, we simply stated the fact, which she could clearly see if she had taken a second to look at the fish, which she didn’t. This is completely unacceptable, if your food is not well cooked, there is no need to get defensive or give attitude when it’s a simple fix. We quickly paid and left, to which a second waiter fed us the same line about how it’s impossible for the fish to be undercooked as it’s twice cooked, like they are reading some sort of script, with again no apology or examining of the food. Very disappointing and rude, I felt gaslighted by the staff and made to feel like I was lying or trying to con them.

Waited for 40 mins, food didn't come asked the waiter and he told us that we have to wait 20 mins more. We ordered pasta :/

Do not go here, avoid completely.
Just stopped in for lunch today and ordered the falafel main. When it arrived the falafel was frozen inside. Meal was returned. New freshly made plate arrived, AGAIN frozen inside.
No sorry. No apology. Nothing.
Restaurant needs proper chef whodoes not serve half frozen meals. Disgusting.
Avoid eating here, bad customer service, even worse food.

Wonderful cozy place. Nice setting and tasteful environment, honest drinks and phenomenal hospitality, world fusion cuisine! We left as friends!
