Pho was 4 out of 10 since it taste every water down for $14 regular size and if you wanted to make it a large than that’s an extra $2. 2 Spring rolls had no flavor for $8. The service was horrible. The girl waitress gave me an attitude the whole time me and family was there. The seating was horrible as well. I would not come back ever again. I recently dined at Pho 99 restaurant in the neighborhood and had an exceptional experience. The beef pho noodles were truly delicious, standing out as the best among nearby establishments. What impressed me even more was the generous portion of extra meat, making the meal even more satisfying. Highly recommended for pho enthusiasts! Restaurant: Pho 99 (Brooklyn Park, MN) Summary Been hearing a lot about this place lately so I had to check it off my list. The Pho was average or good at best. Presentation was very sad looking. I can understand why some people would consider this restaurant the best place for Pho but it’s not. Broth had a good balance but it wasn’t beefy or aromatic and there is nothing spectacular about it.  The amount of herbs we got for 2 large and 1 medium pho combo was very little. The meat portion size was average, selection of meat cuts were lacking, and brisket tasted dry. Would I eat here again? Only if I had to for some good reason. Egg rolls: 8/10. Heard a lot of good things about this place so I came to check it out to see if it really was the best Pho restaurant in MN. I’d agree with the last guy who reviewed this. The pho broth was average to above average. On a scale from 1-10 it’s a 7.5. I was disappointed since so many people hyped up this place. I also ordered numerous items on the menu as well and they were all mediocre to below average for the most part (eggrolls, spring rolls, fried rice, Bahn Mi and the bbq pork with vermicelli noodles). Probably the best thing on this menu was the wontons and the Thai Tea. But come on now, you really can’t mess up Wontons tbh. Overall, the service was good. It’s a tiny spot so it felt a bit cluttered. Will I return, most likely not. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped by a first timer. Ordered BBH, brisket pho, and bbq pork spring rolls. The food came out in like 5-10 minutes, considering it was a full house. The pho was light, hot (not spicy), and portioned just perfect for me. The bbq pork spring rolls were pretty A1 for me too. The place could use a little touch-up, but hey, sometimes, those places have the best mom & pops food. Would consider checking it out. Proper good authentic food! I would recommend any of the Bahn Mi and any of the Pho soups without tendon or tripe! The staff are friendly and accommodating. My only wish is that there would be more attention to each section from the staff throughout the meal experience. There are no free refills, which is ok, any soda comes in a can. In terms of clearing the table of plates or miscellaneous trash, I think they could improve. I do recognize they are very busy, and I am thankful for them regardless! The pho looked 👌 great. The broth need more 🔥 and the taste on the broth was excellent. I got pho ga very nice. Environmental was good and busy. Parking was easy access. The price was not expensive. Be back soon . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quaint little diner serving all the dishes you've come to expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was exceptional and everything was made fresh. The spring rolls were some of he best in the area. It is small though so probably best not to come with a big group Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Medium Rare Beef Slices Tendon and Meatballs

Wow. Owned by Vietnamese people. Good broth. Crazy HOT broth. Excellent taste. Oil has been removed. Clear broth. Perfect Great service. Using kids as staff. Good English. One of the few good pho restaurant in the twin cities. It's sad that people just eat pho and "Think" it's good or just "settle". I'm talking about people eating in Frogtown. Venture out further and fill your inner pho desire. Once you find a good place you'll realize what you have been missing for years. Trust me, this pho is good. You can smell the bone broth as you open the front door. The pho bowl Pho Dac Biet presentation is perfect. Little far. 2023, this place for now, sets the standard in the twin cities. For now, this place is top dog in MN. Until this place lowers its standards or loses its consistency. Only time will tell. We will check back again. I see from the reviews that this place has had a new owner for only two years now. New owners brought better pho flavor. A positive change. Highly recommended
The Pho and pork egg rolls are delicious. Will try something new on the menu next time Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
