This place makes the BEST PHO I have EVER had in my life!! The broth is seasoned to perfection. The vegetables are always so crisp and fresh! The Daikon is my favorite! The service is absolutely amazing! Fast and efficient and they do not skimp on the bowls!! And all for an EXTREMELY affordable price!! Nothing like all these other overpriced, underseasoned places on Marin. The staff are all so professional, kind, and accomodating. The best part, besides the Pho, is the music and the atmosphere!! I think my standards are pretty high when it comes to pho, as I’ve spent quite a bit of time in Vietnam … but the pho here was phenomenal ( phonemenal… hehe) on top of the tasty warming broth, the ambience was great and the service was top notch. Our server was so attentive and kind- he even gave me the Wi-Fi and let me plug in my laptop!! ( my power has been out for days ) he was so nice ! This is the second time I've eaten at Pho - the first time was right after they opened, and it really wasn't worth a review: underdone buckwheat noodles, super salty broth. This time, the improvement in quality hit a much higher mark. I got the vegetarian pho with rice noodles: vegetables were fresh, noodles perfectly done. I did question whether the pho broth was indeed vegetarian, and was reassured that it was. One order of pho is definitely enough for two.
